Electricity was off from 10pm to 10 am due to power company working on the power lines. Not the fault of the property owner. However, I feel we should have been offered some compensation for not being able to use A/C, no hot water, no tv or internet.

My expectations were met when I checked into this Hotel. This is a pretty good hotel in the middle of nowhere. One thing that surprised me was the additional room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. What more do you expect from a Lodge.
Just one point though - the rent wasn't cheap

The room was very clean and this was a great option for a comfortable stay during a mountaineering trip. After hours in the elements, the cozy warm comfortable room was fantastic.
