福爾溪套房酒店(The Suites at Fall Creek)

The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. She didn't want to complain but she said she will contact the front desk to let them know. It could easily be steam cleaned. But the rest of the rooms were nice.

the apartment is a good size but there was a very unpleasant smell the sofas were very stained and looked dirty there was a lot of dust as if it had not been inhabited for months

Comfortable condo

The bathrooms were outdated, no elevator in our building and we were on 3rd floor. Dryer did not work well. Heating in unit was awful. Thermostat did not work. We found cockroaches and baby cockroaches in our unit. Shower leaked. Daughter in law broker her ankle on tour and we asked about different room for her but was told they did not have anything so we had to get her down a flight of stairs to the landing and then get her up to the 3rd floor. It was awful on her and us.however the next morning when I called front desk before 8 am, they had a unit already cleaned that she could move into with an elevator in that building. Parking for our building was awful. Very limited parking, we ended up parking in an old RV park and walking back to our room.

Lots of broken things, most concerning were the locks on the exterior door. Housekeeping had left toothpaste in the sink and moldy food under a bed. Clerks were nice and a good size for my family. Probably won’t return unless they remodel and update though.

This is our second trip staying here. Comfy and plenty of room to meet up with friends. Will stay here again.

LEAK IN THE CEILING, TOO MANY STAIRS NO, TUBS ARE OLD NEED TO CHANGED OUT, AND DRYER TOOK MORE THAN 3HRS TO DRY 2 TOWELS/THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE.

Our 1-bedroom condo had lots of room and was very comfortable. We had a problem with the heat and they got on it right away and got it fixed.
