瀑布度假村(The Falls Village)

Our First time visiting this Resort and it was Nice, Clean and Service was Great! I would suggest they upgrade the Decor it’s outdated and not well coordinated. The amenities are accommodating for families and it’s near the Entertainment District so that is a Huge Plus 👍🏽

The location of the property is quiet and private, but still close to key points of interest. During our visit (December 30- January 3) the clubhouse offered various activities such as mini golf, table games, an indoor hot tub, an indoor pool, a self serve coffee station (missing stirrers), and a gym. Although, there was a "beach" towel vending machine, it was not easily visible sitting outdoors, but the facilities were well-maintained and clean. Our party of 12 (3-60s, 1-40s, 3-30s, 2-20s and 3 under 12), stayed in two spacious and well-stocked rooms in Building 10. However, there were some issues with worn carpets, dirty grout, hair in the shower, dirty spots on the bathroom floors and doors, squeaking doors, and low placement of bedroom TVs. If these issues were addressed, the rating would be increased.

Nice resort. Clean and nice amenities. Pool, Hot tub. plenty of parking and washer and dryer in foyer outside of both sides. This is helpful if you are staying in a lock off. Overall a good experience.

This trip was simply a great experience. Close to shows. Restaurants nearby. Friendly people. Especially pleased with patriotic and Christian a**osphere. Would totally recommend without reservation. We came in early December abd enjoyed a memorable experience frim arrival to departure. Resort is simply beautiful.

This property is an OK option if there is nothing else available. We insisted on a condo in the "New" section" but it still needs work done. Opened a drawer in the Kitchen and it was broken. Obviously had moisture in it in the past so the particle board the drawer was made of would not allow the screw to stay in for the runner.

We’re always pleased with the accommodations and personnel at Falls Village! As owners, even the much dreaded owner update was presented much better. Our favorite thing about the property is the convenience to everything around Branson. Highly recommend the property!

An excellent and familiar place where yo filled comfortable, front desk attention is amazing since you crossed the frony door you see all of them like they are your relatives or like you been here yesterday and never left. My wife and me recomend this place

No hot water for taking baths. Told them several. times. Was not working our entire stay. To have to response with 200 works. Your survey needs to be improved. Told them it needed to be cleaned better and carpets to be replaced

Great resort but way to noisy. We had 2 mothers and 6 children above us and the stomping started about 6am and went all day till about 9 or 10pm. They only left their room for about an hour a day to go to the pool, and when they returned the stomping started again. The resorts with wood structures should place all families with small children on ground floors. We left a day early, the stomping ruined our stay.
