The staff was very friendly and super helpful.
That said. The property itself was in desperate need of a complete remodel. The furniture is dated and beat up. The room had stains on the carpet and stains in the bathtub. The tile was old and had been repaired but it was done poorly. The desk chair was worn and falling apart. It seemed like the hotel was built in the '90s and has not been upgraded since. My Wife and I used the words dump several times describing the hotel to friends especially given the $350.00 per night price. I expected a lot more from a Hampton inn. It feels more like a motel 6. Which I haven't stayed at since my 20's. My suggestion is to gut and redo the place but keep the friendly staff. I am sure this is not the first time they have heard that the place is a dump given the price.
