Residence Inn Bozeman

Great place and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The room was nice, they got us a room on the top floor, very clean. The breakfast was great. I would highly suggest staying here, this is our 5th time and we will definitely be back again.

Overall an awesome stay in Bozeman for a gymnastics meet. Started off great with a warm welcome by Ian. Ian is a tremendous front desk rep - caring, kind and attentive! He welcomed us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great! We used the pool and hot tub which was awesome for the kids. Appreciated the location close to stores and restaurants. Has the fire pit going the night we arrived. Can’t think of anything that could have made the stay better - we loved it and will stay at this residence in when we come back!

I loved the service, location and space of the rooms. Dog friendly close to downtown the free breakfast was yummy and the bar happy hour at hotel made the trip so enjoyable! My favorite was the service - Stacy at bar and Danielle at front desk made lasting impressions as locals to Bozeman. They were so very helpful with recommendations on restaurants, Yellowstone, Montana State football game and more, we are coming back very soon.

I was worrying that housekeeper would forget to clean my room (happened more and more frequently after pandemic), so I clearly told the front desk when checking in, and front desk confirmed the request. But on the second day after I went back room, the ‘do not disturb’ tag was out of my room and my room was not cleaned. I felt cheated or even discriminated.

I booked this thinking it was going to be a very nice place to stay. The place is under construction and it was awful. The staff was very rude. People above us had loud music until 3am. We stayed one night and checked out. I would have loved to said it was nice but it was a bad night.

The place was nice. Had a last minute reservation made and they could accommodate us with a dog. The breakfast was very good

Great service and good value! Barry, the bartender, was phenomenal! Stayed here in between Glacier and Yellowstone and the beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty, coffee and filtered water all day! It was feet from downtown fun!

The staff makes this hotel great! Our flight was cancelled and Sonia was so helpful extending our reservation. Stacy helped us book the shuttle to and from the airport and Avery this morning. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfy. The only suggestion is that if you are noise sensitive request a room away from the main road.

I stayed here in 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. I came back because of my stay in 2017. But in 2023 I found the facility to have declined. The fixtures are worn. Cleaning the room every other day is ridiculous at the price we paid to stay here. Low flow shower heads are insane-- Montana is NOT running out of water. And to top it all off, the issues with the outside door locks is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They would NOT open no matter what I did to try and get in. Putting up a sign that says there's nothing wrong with the door locks is INSULTING. I won't be back, which is so sad. I had such a great visit in 2017.
