The service is amiable; the location is convenient, the setting is general， and Breakfast was good.

Great location for where we needed to go. Plenty of hot water. Not noisy. Comfortable. No room freshinging unless asked. Long walk to room from main entrance/desk. Breakfast was carryout only. No printed tv channel guide. Some rooms are on a 1/2 floor level.....terraced. Staff friendly and that was very nice. Felt safe in the facility and in neighborhood.

The room had a strong mildew smell. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tiles missing from the floor under the sink. I couldn't tell if the shower was dirty or just extremely old and stained. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed were stained. Had to ask for new sheets and towels. Outlet and lamp next to the bed did not work. Fridge did not work, but come to find out the extension cord attached to it was not plugged in. The exterior door in the hallway stated you needed a room key to enter, but was always open. Trash all over the ground outside. Pool had rust. The only reason we stayed was for an event at the conference center. Otherwise, would have left immediately.

This hotel has gone down hill horribly in past few years. Our shower had long hairs in it and so did my son's. There is no cleaning service and they do not even have coffee machines in the rooms. Our air conditioner stopped working and when I called the front desk they said it could not be fixed nor was there another room available.

If you want to reminisce about the 1970's this the place for you. If there has been updating it isn't evident. Hallways rugs are disgusting and the room not much better. Good luck getting something to eat.. For some reason the "restaurant" only does takeout or room service. But the 3 page handout you are given doeant explain how that works and does not come with a phone number to call to order. I had a room booked for another night this week but I have canceled.. There are better options

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was some damage to the ceiling in the bathroom in the room that I was staying in, but the bed was comfortable, and the facility was pretty clean.

You can hear everything from everyone else’s rooms while in your room. The people at the desk will just play on their phones while you are waiting to speak to them and completely ignore you. The hotel its self is beautiful. The restaurant is really good.

Property needs a lot of TLC. Bathroom was shabby, rugs in hallways not great. Starting to get a little run down

Quite adequate hotel, kind of fancy pool area. rooms are getting slightly worn, but certainly not a big deal.
