The stay was good .. a group trip for my birthday! Got to our room which was a suit and it was disgusting.. ask to have my room changed and that was not a problem. Second room was cleaner . The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating

Room was clean and nice, a bit pricey though. Staff was friendly. Resort is pet-friendly which is a big plus. Very unfortunate that hallway smelled full of smoke, which really needs to be addressed, gives the vibe of a cheap motel rather than a nice resort.

Our overall stay was great. Noe the bartender and Dennis- Food and Beverage Director stand out in our stay at your facility.

Spacious very comfortable rooms - they were able to give our family adjacent rooms. Beds very comfortable. Food and service at the restaurant very good. Will return.

Nice little patio. We were there in 112 degrees weather and A/C was ice cold! Free cabanas at pool.

Spacious rooms, and good beds. Would prefer a resort that had decor and design that reflects the Spanish/Mex style of the region.

Comfy, large rooms, good beds, internet tv good. Restaurant on site friendly and good. I arrived in the dark, hard to find your way around for the first time.

When booking, and when looking at the pictures you provided, we thought we were going to be in a room where we would see either the sunset or sunrise right from our room or in the balcony area from our room. We get it that had we paid for a room that included this view, we could have it, but there was no indication that our room would have no view and would be dark and dingy. It was very disappointing. Also, we got no information about the pool or how we could access it. Having coffee available in the lobby in the morning was the only nice thing we could think of.

The lady at the front desk was very mean. I was traveling with my family and children. We reached the hotel at 1pm. The hotel was nearly empty when we reached there. So we were hoping to get an early check in, drop our luggage and head to the trails. The lady at the front desk said the check in time was 4 pm (the email I received said the check in was 3pm). She said our room is ready but if we want to check in before 4pm it would cost us an extra $30 as early check in fee. I am a frequent traveler and I have travelled extensively with my family for the last 20 years but never experienced early check in fee if my room is ready and the hotel is nearly empty. I can understand and I have paid a late check out fee but never heard of early check in fee when the room is ready and the hotel is nearly empty. Obviously I did not pay the extra $30. We left for the trail and returned after 4pm for checking into our room. The rooms in this hotel are dated with old furniture. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.There are better options available in this area and I will never stay again at this hotel.
