市政府附近的博洛尼亞酒店

Για την κατηγορία του ήταν απλά καλό, περίμενα κάτι πολύ καλύτερο. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, άμεσα διαθέσιμο πάρκοκρεβατο για μωρό με έξτρα στρώμα, αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια και καθαρό. Δυστυχώς ήταν βουλωμένος ο νιπτήρας... Το πρωινό σχετικά φτωχό για την κατηγορία του ξενοδοχείου και όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία, δεν είναι στο κέντρο αλλά έχει απέξω στάση λεωφορείου που βολεύει πολύ γιατι η Μπολόνια ένα πολύ καλό δίκτυο λεωφορείων. Δεν θα το πρότεινα ως καλή επιλογή όταν έχεις παιδί με καρότσι. Όσον αφορά το προσωπικό, μιλούσε μεν αγγλικά αλλά τα βασικά. Δεν μπορούσαμε να συννενοηθουμε εύκολα ζητώντας πληροφορίες για δραστηριότητες(αυτό βέβαια ισχύει σε όλη την Ιταλία δυστυχώς).

晚上 8 點左右，我們作為旅行團的一員從羅馬出發辦理入住。我們很累，想睡覺，但發現我們房間的冷氣壞了。我們附上了一張沒有顯示的圖片。按鈕根本沒有反應。我們請我們的導遊幫我們解決這個問題。明天是重要的一天，所以我們需要盡可能多休息。前台說他們會解決問題，但沒有人出現在我們的房間。等了一段時間後，他們說他們已經從一端修復了它，但顯然根本不起作用。快晚上10點的時候，我們的旅行團領隊告訴我們，他們要把我們換到另一個房間。沮喪的是，因為我們已經打開了我們的東西/衣服，以便我們可以早上起床並移動，我們現在不得不重新包裝所有東西，然後再次打開包裝。更糟的是，他們沒有飯店的人協助我們接送，而是讓我們的導遊充當他們的服務生！他們藉口人手不足。沒有道歉，沒有補償，沒有體貼或專業。這甚至是邊緣種族主義，因為他們使用我們的導遊作為他們的行李員，整個慘敗都是他們的錯！僅僅因為我們是菲律賓人，並不意味著我們受到的待遇比這家酒店的任何其他付費客人最差。我們對他們的服務感到非常失望，並將在盡可能多的評論網站上傳播我們的負面體驗。這不是您對待酒店客人的方式。

Φρικτό ξενοδοχείο ,για σχολική εκδρομή και πανάκριβη ήταν ο.τι χειρότερο με διακοπές ρεύματος, ένα πρωινό μόνο με κρουασάν και καφε, απαράδεκτοι , χωρίς θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο και καθόλου ζεστό νερό , πληρώσαμε πολύ ακριβά

I have mixed feelings about this hostel. I do believe it’s the best hostel choice in Bologna. However, it fell short for me a few times. First of all, the city tax and any extras must be paid in cash. This was not advertised in any confirmation emails that I recall so I barely had enough for city tax upon arrival. I had to go to the ATM to pay for my towel rental. A heads up would have been nice so I could have ensured I had enough for all my extras I needed (my hostel in Rome lumped it in with the bunk credit card payment so that’s what I expected in Bologna as well). Secondly, although I ultimately had success, it was a struggle to get my laundry done. They advertise laundry service both on the website and on signs throughout the hostel, so I planned to have my laundry done at Dopa. When I asked the first day, I was told there wasn’t time (it was 4pm). The second morning I was told they didn’t have time (I asked at 8am). After I came back to the hostel that afternoon there was suddenly time for them to do my laundry so I took them up on it instead of scrambling to find a laundromat. My clothes were given back to me still slightly wet which wasn’t ideal for the €7 pricetag but I hung them on the hangers near my bunk to finish drying overnight. If laundry service wasn’t a guarantee I do feel it should be advertised that way (“laundry service as time & resources allow”). Otherwise the hostel was a typical hostel - loud, and a struggle to get into the bathrooms when you needed one (3 showers & 3 toilets shared amongst all guests). But the location was good & felt safe. And the staff did a great job keeping it clean, especially the bathrooms given how many people use them. If I was on a budget I would stay here again but I would prioritize a hotel first if possible.

I am a frequent user of the NH hotel chain, I prefer them for the good value for money, for the cleaningness of the rooms and for the staff's typical friendly approach. The NH Bologna Villanova is not different from my expecations. A nice and modern structure, with nice and clean rooms and a good breakfast. It was the third time I was visiting this structure and again I had a pleasant stay. I definetely recommend the hotel for a family trip or for business. Location wise, the building is close to a commercial area but pretty far from the city or the airport. Anyway it's pretty conveniently positioned for accessing from the highway.

We stay at this hotel for an exhibition which is right down the street within walking distance. The connivence is great. The hotel, unfortunately isn’t. We have 24 rooms for a week. Upon checking in I was informed when I got to my room that there was no air control in the guest room due to it approaching winter time. I was told to open my window if I wanted any air in the room. Normally, that is fine with me but it turns out there are mosquitoes coming in the room when you leave the window open. I was bitten up terribly by mosquitoes which was uncomfortable to say the least. There were also mosquitoes in the restaurant at night during dinner time. So keeping the window closed in the guest room means I wake up sweating in the middle of the night, every night. I was on the top floor, #6 so hot air rises and it's very warm in the room and in the hallways. Not pleasant at all especially when you are paying almost 300 euros per night. The breakfast buffet was quite decent as was the food served in the hotel restaurant at dinner time. The bar staff was great and friendly. The rest of the staff could care less it seems. Disappointing stay all the way around.

Dormi uma noite, simpatia dos funcionários excelente, disponibilidade. Localização complicada nem perto do aeroporto nem perto da cidade, preço qualidade bom.

離雙塔和博洛尼亞主校區很近，很精緻的一家小型酒店。非常乾淨，房間也不小。入住后出去逛了一圈回來，屋裡擺上了歡迎水果。早餐在地下，稍微有些暗，但也因地制宜做了巧妙的設計。 房間窗戶望出去可以看到雙塔一角，夜裡很安靜，睡得很好。 前台的服務人員是很有型的帥大叔，整個酒店風格很藝術，總體來說還是非常好的入住體驗。

該酒店位置優越，位於車站對麪，步行20分鐘即可輕鬆到達鎮中心，沿着主要的零售街。工作人員很棒，安靜而乾淨。 我想裝修是另一回事，而且要降低味道。在公共房間，包括早餐室，紅色是主要顏色。桌子和椅子在地板上g碎（氈墊是個好主意），整個感覺就是大學食堂。 我們預訂了“行政”房間，因為在預訂時，較便宜的選擇不包括早餐。房間很大，舒適的床，乾淨，安靜。但是，那裡有一間小小的前廳，被跑步機所佔據！現在，我不認識你，讀者，但是小沙發本來是更好的選擇。認真地，在酒店卧室的跑步機上。 。 。 。荒謬。房間本身也有紅色的椅子，桌子等。 走廊是紅色的，充滿未來感。花了幾分鐘找到我們的房間，房間號還在。 。 。 。 。 。地上！ ！房間的照明系統也是一個挑戰。 一切似乎都太聰明了，設計師們對此進行了徹底的思考。 錯失良機嗎？ ？有機會為人們提供了一個真正舒適的酒店。我認為業主/設計師看不到他們的顧客。 儘管有上述情況，但還是不錯的住宿。

I had to cancel my trip at the last minute due to catching COVID and despite notifying the hotel of my circumstances, they still charged me for an entire week's stay. Very unhappy with their customer care.
