In posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per raggiungere a piedi il centro , abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B pulito e confortevole. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Molto gentile e disponibile Alessandro, ci ha reso molto gradevole il ns week-end a Bologna, consentendoci anche il deposito bagagli per tutto il pomeriggio successivo al check-out. Consigliato.

Il titolare è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha supportato per darci informazioni, consigli su dove andare a cena ed è stato anche molto comprensivo per quanto riguarda il check-out, permettendoci di poter continuare a visitare la città in tutta comodità. La struttura è pulita e funzionale, molto comoda al centro e alla stazione dei treni. La colazione è abbondante e variegata adatta a tutti i gusti.

We stayed one night at Alessandro. He was really nice a helpful. He gave us good tips for the city. The city centre is close this place. I think about 15 minutes by foot. The place was super clean and quite! In the morning Alessandro prepared good breakfast - sweet and solty, coffee, juice, fruits, ham.. It was the best B&B which we visited in Italy ever. We can recommended. If you go to Bologna stay in this place! :)

La mia esperienza in questo B&B è davvero ottima! Un posto molto pulito e ben tenuto, centralissimo e vicinissimo alla stazione(5 minuti a piedi). La stanza con il bagno interno è davvero comoda e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Colazione abbondante e ben fornita. Il proprietario davvero molto simpatico e alla mano, molto disponibile sia via mail che di persona! Consiglio davvero questo Bad and Breakfast a chiunque voglia avere una stanza con un prezzo adeguato e centrale al centro di Bologna! Davvero tutto ottimo.

After a tiring search to locate a place to stay in Bologna that was convenient and close to the train station, we were lucky to find this gem that was a 10 minute walk to the train and about a 20 minute walk to the center. Alessandro was great in welcoming us after a 10 hour flight from the US and showed us to our spacious and comfortable room. The next morning Alessandro had an array of breakfast items ready for us in the kitchen room next door. This is was perfect stay in a quiet neighborhood away from the boisterous historic center. I would stay here again if I was in Bologna!

Ottimo posto dove dormire e sbrigare servizi in centro a Bologna,strategico e pulito, Alessandro persona squisita e accogliente. Ci si muove molto facilmente, molto pulito, camere sufficientemente spaziose.

Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location for the central train station and Bologna Fiere, and and easy walk into the old center.

The host Alessandro was nice and very helpful! He gave us great advise for a restaurant where we ate amazing Italian food! De room had airco and it was very quiet. The room and the bathroom were super clean and we had a fridge! We are very happy and content with this bed&breakfast!
