Hyatt Place Boise Towne Square

Todo el personal es muy amable y eficiente, salvo la persona que atendió la recepción durante la noche el 15 y el 16 de junio. Al llegar la habitación estaba helada y ella no supo cómo apagar el aire acondicionado. Además el teléfono no funcionaba ni el apagador de una luz y me dijo que ella no podía hacer nada, que la persona encargada llegaba hasta el día siguiente y que no podía asignarme otra habitación. Al decirle que yo no podía dormir con tanto frío me dijo que el cuarto por el que pagué era así. Fue grosera, agresiva y burlona, al igual que la siguiente noche. Además, dicen que hacen limpieza cada tercer día y no es cierto, sólo cambian las toallas, sacan la basura de los botes y tienden la cama, pero no barren, lavan ni limpian nada. A las nueve termina el desayuno y no tienen restaurante a la carta.

The staff on duty the night we arrived was absent - no one at the desk. Fire alarm went off... still don't think anyone was there. I spoke with maintenance finally. None of the staff were wearing any identifying name tags or uniforms so anyone could have been sitting behind the desk. I was there asking if I could possibly borrow some tape and could have rummaged through the front desk. The phone was ringing and no one was answering it. The staff looked like they either just got out of bed or were dressed for going to class. Very unprofessional environment. Guests were waiting around for someone to "man" the desk. Bummer. Beautiful, comfortable facility.

Sheets had what appeared to be a bedbug or other bug, hair, string, and dried skin or food inside. My second room had a constant knocking, clocking, tapping sound coming from the ceiling or bathroom. I stayed with the second room, but won’t stay at this hotel again. Also, the service was not welcoming, friendly, or apologetic about the dirty sheets in my first room. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of others in town to choose from.

The hotel was dirty and people were smoking in their rooms, the elevator and floors and carpets through the hotel were dirty.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Mattress was so soft we didn't sleep well and are in pain today.

I LOVE STAYING AT THE HYATT, THE ROOMS ARE HUGE, THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE, LOTS OF ELBOW ROOM FOR EVERYONE.I DO MISS A HOT TUB AND ESPECIALLY A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM, BUT OTHERWISE THE STAY WAS GREAT!

The building was clean and staff was friendly. I personally was not happy with the bed. But I am pretty picky about that. Overall they were great.
