布萊斯歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Blythe)

No luggage trolleys were available for 3 hours and then not when I was ready to leave. I had a lot to take down and was told they're in the room somewhere and was not offered help even though I expressed I was disabled I had to take down heavy items individually without any assistance or any effort by the hotel staff to help or find a trolley

Be aware of pet charges at this property. Ramon is not friendly and has absolutely no "customer service". Ramon charged a $75 pet fee eventhough he saw the pet be removed from the hotel. He slept in the car with A/C all night. My trip was delayed a few hours in the A.M. due to having wait to speak with the manager, who removed the charge and was a great to speak with.

I was impressed first I was greeted by the amazing Christina . Very nice she made me feel like I was a vip . So nice and helpful. Second my room was spacious . I liked the color theme in my room a pretty green. The bed was a king . I say that because you can book at other places a king bed but get a queen and they still charge you for that king . But back to my room it was clean and comfy . I slept like a baby . It’s definitely worth the little extra you pay compared to other spots in Blythe but this will be where I always stay from now on when I visit this hot dessert town . Oh by the way they had my room super cool at 70 degrees after coming in from 111 heat yes it felt great .

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the grounds were neat and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to hit the pool, but had a view of it directly below our room and it looked well kept. The breakfast area was inviting with a delicious spread. I felt comfortable taking the dogs out at night and early morning. We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral, so it was very comforting to return to our room at the end of an emotional day.

I really enjoy this hotel when I visit Blythe in the summer. It is the best in town! Some rooms do need maintenance and items replaced like the faucet in the shower but definitely minor issues in a great hotel. Staff is also very, very kind.

This is the best hotel in Blythe. We are natives from here and have stayed at different hotels. This one is probably the newest and has been really clean every time we have used it when we visit family.

Ce n est pas un 9/10 C est sale et le personnel ne sont pas sympathique. Seulement la dame du déjeuner qui est sympathique. C est un hôtel a l’abandon

When I checked in they did not have our reservation i had to get another room the people at counter said they didn’t have my reservation
