布萊克威爾I-35舒眠套房酒店(Sleep Inn & Suites Blackwell I-35)

The first room we were given had not been recently cleaned - the carpet was dirty, the chair had crumbs in it, and there was a roach in the bathroom. We asked for a different room, and the front desk begrudgingly obliged. The second room had dirtier carpet and more dead bugs. We saw no reason to ask for another room that would probably be just as dirty, so we had to book another room. The high ratings number has to be a fluke; this hotel wouldn’t be worth $5 per night.

it was just ok.....carpet, paint and bth need updating. Security big issue lock on "outside" door was broken so anyone could come in at any time. Breakfast not as listed...very limited and coffee and juice machines broken. No eggs, meat, fruit, etc.

This was the second sleep in we stayed at on a road trip. This brand did not disappoint . I had my small pups with me and loved the cleanliness, updated decor, and complimentary breakfast. It had two waffle makers. One was the regularand the other 4 individual ones made together. I loved how easy it was to hop off and on I-35 with food options around.

The room was not very clean. Gross brown stuff on the wall. Sheets had stains and the shower had a Busch light can in it when we arrived. No soap was provided. Said they had essentials like toothpaste and they were out of stock.

Room was completely refilled after last cleaning, had to go to front desk and get soap and toilet paper.

What I didn't like was having to listen to the clerks politics while checking in.

Frint desk staff very nice. Hotel was clean. Bed comfortable. Toliet wasnt totally bolted to the floor so rocked a little when you sat down.

Great customer service here and very nice rooms for the money…. I stay here often!

Not clean. Missing lamp shade, only half of lights in bathhroom worked. Filthy bedspread. Trash from previous occupants stil in room. Literally no breakfast. Machines broken, no waffle mix. Coffee undrinkable.
