There was mold under the soap holder in the bathtub. The smoke alarm on the ceiling above the master bed, was hanging by wires not attached to the ceiling.

The staff was awesome and friendly, and both ladies the newbie and the trainer were polite and kind and very informative

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

We went to Bismark for a family weekend getaway and chose this hotel with an expectation of relaxing in the evenings with a hot tub soak and pool. Both were very poor and the condition of the entire pool room was very poor. Hot tub wasn't operational. Certainly did not reflect the photos in the advertisement. Staff was good. Location was very good. Rooms were okay, dated but clean. Bismark is a great clean small city with all the amenties needed.

The hotel is in poor overall condition. Our room was not very clean. Hair from a prior guest was all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The hot tub was broken and the pool water looked dark and murky.

Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order, which was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel thru our internet search. Aside from that, everything was fine. Generally clean, with friendly staff. Pool area is open until 11pm, which would've been perfect if hot tub had been working. Noon checkout is later than any hotel I've stayed in for years. TV in our room had a lot of "tiling" going on. Guessing it is just older. Ice machine was slushy. Breakfast was decent.

The hot tub was broken. The bathroom in the rooms were not clean. There was what looked like black mold in the shower and rips/snags in the shower curtain.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast with salsa and hot sauce for my eggs.

The property was dirty, the mattress very hard, the toilet seat was broken, the hot tub was out of service, the pool area was dirty, it took 20 minutes to check in because no one was around at the check in desk, it was noisy around my room late at night.
