The service team of Sandra and Blanca were courteous and very professional. Breakfast was basic but good enough. We stayed at a King Suite above the garage (which I requested it so we'll have fewer "neighbors" around us), the only thing I noticed was that hot water travels a long distance from the water heater to my unit in cold weather. Took me a while to figure that one out. Overall, it's always a pleasant stay over here. Will be back again.

Good place and location

First of all, I paid $164 for 1 night. I BOOKED a smoking room online, only to find out it is was all non-smoking now. She said it was recently remodeled so it's non smoking now. If sleeping with hoodie on top of sheet with all the lights on and not being able to shower, it was a bad remodel. You be the judge....

When we arrived, there were mattresses and couches all over the parking lot. I am familiar with the industry and that immediately screamed bed bugs to me. We were assured the furniture was outside due to a remodeling project - if that is the case, you'd think there might be a better place to stack/store furniture than the parking lot directly outside of each room. Because of the bed bug concern, we spent the first half hour of our stay thoroughly checking for bed bugs - we were relieved that there were not any bed bugs that we could see, though, in our search, we discovered the place was not all that clean.

Insufficient parking, $5 fee added to ******* price for unknown ( hotel fee?) tissue box was empty in room. When I pay through a third party that should be the fee. Being hit with I known, unexplained fees, no matter how small, is not acceptable. Some huge RV taking up two spaces, no way to park in other spaces.
