瑪格麗特廣場酒店(Margherita Plaza Hotel)

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

Very good location in old town centre with many seafood restaurants and eatries nearby

The location is strategic , right in the old town, a lot of places for food, groceries and entertainment. However, the hotel still need some upgrade, especially the carpet along the corridor was really disgusting. The room is ok, could be better if more lights fixed.

Keadaan bilik tidak bersih..sampah ada di bawah katil..😩😩😩 Sarung bantal kotor macam tidak ditukar😞😞 Kawasan air kolam tempat mandi banyak puting rokok..seharusnya sedia tempat merokok..air kotor

Even though located at a strategic location in Bintulu town, the hotel is outdated. Furnishing could have been upgraded. Hopefully the management can improve. The hotel is one of the first hotel in Bintulu. It holds many history events.

Perkhidmatan yang baik daripada pihak hotel. Tempat penginapan yang selesa menyebabkan kami sekeluarga ingin datang sekali lagi. Kedudukan yang strategi di mana kami dapat pergi berjalan jalan di sekitar bintulu dengan lancar.

If you looking for places near to Bintulu old town, you might want to check out this hotel. Not too much attraction nearby. They have swimming pools, new renovation rooms and spacious too.

Wonderful stay. Location is real good. Lots of cafe shops around.
