比米尼大型遊戲俱樂部濱海度假酒店(Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina)

We were looking forward to spending our holidays here, and based on the photos on the website and overall reviews, we thought this place would be nice. However, we were quite disappointed and left early. The rooms are not that clean (our feet were black after walking on the floors barefoot), the couch in the room was covered in stains, the chairs on the patio were covered in dirt and debris, the furniture in the room was old and marked up, there were stained on the walls, the whole place seemed dirty and was just not what we expected. Most TV channels are fuzzy, internet is slow, hardly anyone was around and the music blaring from a bar across the street went on half the night keeping us awake. The hotel is really old. The food at the onsite restaurant isn't great and is extremely overpriced, and quite unhealthy (no fruit options for b-fast for instance). Seems like most of the food on the island is fried and unhealthy and is the same everywhere (little to no variety). Definitely overpriced for what you get -- do not recommend this place. As for the island, we noticed the trash everywhere too that another reviewer noted (and it's not tourists doing that!!). If you want to rent a golf cart, that's a racket too- quite $$. We are disappointed and won't be back.

the hotel is a basically a 3 star hotel. Very dated, but clean. The resturant had limited menu. Drinks were all $15.00 US and very light on spirits ( in my opinion ). The way the bill was presented in the black folder stuck into the bottom concealed the added tax 18%. We noticed on the 3rd day, we had been leaving quite good tips until them. We noticed a change in the way the staff treated up after we stopped double tipping. Day 3 had a tropical storm show up so our diving came to an end. There are only so many times you can drive around the island on a golf cart. This side of Island was dirty, rubbish and empty beer bottles strewn all over the sides of the roads. The beach at the end of the road had needles thrown all around. BTW the side of the Island where the Cruise ships arrive is clean and tidy. The Hilton hotel is there as well as a ******. Also, the pool is coated with a very harsh coating. I had cuts on my knees where i touched the sides. At the checkout, our invoice had strange charge on it that No one could explain the me, it took two weeks to get a straight answer. The Dive shop on the grounds.. I have dived all over the world and this place is by far the worst, even dangerous. I filmed our dive boat crew go out of their way to start a shark feeding frenzy by throwing fish off the end of the boat. All while a pontoon boat showed up for cruise folks to snorkle. All while taunting the people waiting to get in the water. I for one would not get into the water after seeing that. As there has been shark attacks popping up in the Bahamas. We had just two in out dive boat, and the crew still managed to mix up out dive gear. I have never seen dive crews just jump off the boat and walk away without not looking after the equipment. Best part of our trip was the Tropic Air float plane ride to and from Ft Lauderdale.

Good morning; Where should I start? My experience here at the Bimini Big Game Club was like no other. I stayed at the Resort at the end of island ….the front desk staff was extremely helpful to an extent , the staff upstairs in the restaurant was very nice and friendly Roxie is the best server hands down she is very friendly n the service was superb..upon leaving we stopped by the outfitter the lady with the pink lashes ( I remember because she mentioned that her birthday was coming up ) I think her name is Danika oh my gosh she is such a cutie pie very polite and knowledgeable of the items and products in the shop as well as the resort and I loved the fact that she was extremely nice to my dog Lincoln . She didn’t stop smiling at all . Please tell her she made my trip a good one and I can’t wait to come back again in a couple of months .

Bimini Big game Resort and restaurant was so enjoyable. We looked forward to our weekend get away as we were served delicious food and drink by our professional and sweet waitress named Mitzi. She made us feel so welcome as we watched the sun set from the bar upstairs. Our cottage was cozy and had all that we needed for a comfortable two night stay. Staff was friendly to us, and we would recommend it to all of our friends.

Péssimo atendimento nos restaurantes. No restaurante Sharkies pedimos a comida antes das 6pm ( closed at 7pm) os pratos vieram errados, NÃO havia faca para comer a carne e a atendente disse: “COMA COM aAS MAOS”. As 7pm a ate de te fechou a porta e todos foram embora e nós (6 pessoas) ficamos terminando de comer com as mãos a comida ( voltamos a idade das pedras).valor das nossas contas entre 30 a 60 dólares americanos. Alem do mai atendimento nesse restaurante, o seafood comida razoável mas Pessimo atendimento também e os pratos vinham também todos diferentes dos pedidos mesmo mostrando no menu e apontando varias vezes o que queriamos ( NAO adiantava falar em inglês, como nao dava certo falando, pensamos em apontar no menu , mas também nao deu certo). se quiser vor para Bimini, hospede-se no Hilton ( fui almoçar hoje la …. EXCELENTE ( atendimento correto, pratos corretos, PREÇO PRATICAMENTE O MESMO Do mediocre BIMINI BIG GAMES CLUB. as fotos mostram como os pratos foram servidos e como estávamos apos fecharem

Es un lugar increible , sus espacios son muy cómodos y está muy cerca a todo. Tiene parqueadero así que pudimos dejar nuestro carrito de golf ahí. Hay varios restaurantes con una comida deliciosa. Y la piscina es fabulosa para divertirse luego de hacer los tours con ellos. Volvería de nuevo

Hotel deixa a desejar em tudo, limpeza do quarto, restaurantes que nunca faziam os pedidos certos, pouco abastecidos o da piscina que fechava às 21:00 pedimos pizza as 19:00 hs já não tinha mais, cobram a gorjeta direto na conta sem opção de bom atendimento, loja do hotel os preços não eram condizentes com o marcado.Nos hospedamos neste hotel porque está localizado com a NEAlL WATSONS BIMINI SCUBA DIVE que infelizmente deixou a desejar em todos os quesitos para nós mergulhadores , atrasos em todas as saídas e total falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente. Se a ilha vive do turismo acho que precisa melhorar e muito. NÃO RECOMENDO O HOTEL E NEM A OPERADORA DE MERGULHO.

Funcionários mal humorados…atendimento péssimo…no check in fazem uma cobrança de 100 dólares …até aí tudo bem…na saída paguei minha conta em dinheiro e não foi cancelada a cobrança dos 100 dólares…até agora nenhum retorno do hotel…já paguei o valor no meu cartão de crédito…não volto lá nem que alguém me de de presente…a empresa de mergulho anexa ao hotel também horrível…saímos para mergulhar todos os dias atrasados…3 horas de atraso e os funcionários mal davam atenção…tudo pessimo…a única pessoa simpática era a arrumadeira e o jardineiro…do resto, não são a um
