They never let me check in and they didn’t want to refund my booking. I booked an hour before I showed up on Monday. They told me I had to cancel on Sunday. I said how if I booked today online can you give a deadline from yesterday

I was not able to check-in at 4pm as stated in the check-in policy. The clerk said the room was not ready because it was still being cleaned. She didn't offer any other room for check-in nor offer anything for the inconvenience.

The room and accommodations were excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The grits tasted like sanitation solution, it was bad…I immediately asked for my refund! I know the cooks were probably making the best of a bad situation, but the food need to re-evaluated…nothing was edible!

It was alright. They didn’t ask me about the room type I wanted. They were slower than last time I stayed there.

Treasure Bay is always a nice to place to stay. I've stayed at least once at all the other ****** hotels in Biloxi and this one, to me, is the best!

When I got there a little after 4 PM, my room was not ready. Waited 15 minutes. They came to me and told me that it was over sold. But they did upgrade me to suite which was nice so after about 25 minutes I got ina room, the room was nice except when I went to sleep that night the doors to the balcony did not lock being on the eighth floor. I guess I was safe, but they still didn’t lock. The bathroom shower You had to bend over to get under the nozzle to wash off and I did find a little critter on the floor the next morning small roach. The people at the hotel was very nice.

The hotel was great and location was perfect. The ONLY problem I had was the ****** didn’t have a non smoking section.

We did not like the extremely hard mattress. It was like sleeping on concrete. The loud noises that lasted for 45 minutes at 4 am due to power washing the valet area in the front of the hotel was a poor management decision.

Everything was so great, I only wish there was a no smoking area for ********, otherwise I love this place (excellent cooks and food)🙂
