The motel is fully revamped It is in a quiet location beds excellent and comfy Staff so welcoming and friendly They even think of a bucket and squeegee for your windscreen This will be my choice in visiting Biloela in the future Kerry and Bruce proctor

It is an excellent hotel. Its location is just outside the centre of town, it is nice and quiet. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were neat and clean and the pool is great. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone who is travelling through Biloela.

Great place to stay very clean and tidy and rooms are of a very high standard. Nice and quiet and the pool area is very tidy. It was my first time staying there and it was so good it is mow my favourite place

Beautiful, very clean place to stay. Everything in their rooms makes life easier. Bed very comfortable. Kitchenette with all kitchen requirements. Their is a bbq area though we didn’t use but for next time I know. A place that is easy to access. The owners are very friendly too. Definitely my first choice for my next visit.

Absolutely lovely new owners. Friendly people and the improvement of this motel is so very noticeable from how lovely and clean the rooms are to the tidiest of the surrounding buildings and bbq area. The upgrade of the pool looks fantastic and boys loved their swim to cool off. The coffee machines in the room are fantastic. Being a cleaner myself for over 20 years I can honestly say That the cleaning staff at this motel are of very high standard and deserve a raise. We will certainly be back Thankyou all.

The Raintree was an absolute delight. Beautifully renovated rooms with new big screen tv. Bed was comfortable and room was super clean. Lovely size bathroom. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend you stay here.

Stayed here for one night on a lengthy road trip. Just what was needed at the end of a long drive. The new owners (of 8 weeks at the time) were friendly and helpful - pointing us to a great Bilo pub for a meal and a drink - and the rooms well kitted out and spotless. It is a quiet location. Had a great night sleep on a very comfortable bed which left me feeling ready for the next long haul. Recommended for a short or longer stay.

The owners are lovely and the communication befitting that of a large international chain. The property is actually in a lovely location, across the road from a terrific walking/running path if you like to exercise and its approx a nice 10 minute walk into town no big deal at all. The car parking was fine and as we were travelling and are early risers we had no issue with others with the same routine. The rooms have been refurbished and are modern, very well equipped and stylish and comfortable. Modern tv, comfortable beds and great bathrooms, we wish that all motels in QLD were just like this one. The property offers good value, fantastic service and all the features you could possibly want for a short stay, we will return and recommend to others.

I stayed 4 nights. It had undercover parking. The room was spacious, I had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The room had a kitchenette with coffee pod machine ( a lovely bonus), microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. A continental breakfast was available for a small cost. The room was clean, the water was hot, each day the room was restocked with essentials or clean towels provided. My only complaint would be the road noise off the highway but it really didn't affect my sleep.
