Keys didn’t work and staff had me go to the fig floor caring luggage and dinner up 5 times before they changed rooms. The door wouldn’t work and my original room had Simone else in it.

Excellent service extremely clean and convenient location. two nice eating establishments within walking distance that were both excellent. Will stay here again.

From check in to check out all the staff were excellent. I feel bad I didn’t get names, but the two women at the front desk were very helpful. We had forgotten some important items and they rounded up things that would work. It’s so quiet there!! I love not hearing everyone in the hallway or the rooms next to you! Sooo nice!!

Checkin with Kylee was super easy. The motel was very clean and ohh soo quiet!!! We loved our stay and will be back to Holiday Inn Express when we need to stay in Billings again!

I love staying here. The rooms are always super clean and the upper floors are quiet. Breakfast is great. Super close to the indoor water park. My only complaint is that the beds are so hard it feels like sleeping on plywood, but I will still stay here again because it's quiet and safe.
