大斯普林拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Big Spring)

El primer dia me recibieron muy bien, y el trato del personal fue excelente, hasta la noche que se fue el agua en la ciudad, que no se trato de algo que pudieran arreglar ellos ya que se corto el agua en esa Area. Pero el dia siguiente que pregunte que iba a pasar nunca tuvieron respuestas para mis dudas, asi que Yo cancele mi segundo dia sin ningun problema pero al salir del hotel llego un cliente con una reservacion y al enter**** que no habia agua decidio cancelar e irse del hotel y a él si lo detuvieron....

No me regresaron lo que se supone que tenian que regresarme cuando haya terminado mi estancia $$$$$

Easy access. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather we were without water for approximately 36 hours. Seems as if there should be some refund available as we were unable to shower or adequately use the toilet facilities.

You could not adjust the heater, it did not adjust not matter what temperature you set it at. Also if it was running it whistled like wind through a crack. Very noisy. The beds where hard and sloped to the middle. The TV remote worked to change the channel but would not adjust the volume. The mirror in the bathroom had the corner broken off. And it took over 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Overall it was not a good stay this time.

Very nice hotel with a good bathtub. I love to soak in a tub after a long day of driving! Very nice hot breakfast in the morning including eggs, sausage and biscuits

Room had 2 tvs only 1 worked. Water pressure was horrible. Its winter and the a/c was on on my room. Will stay again. But not happy this trip

I absolutely enjoyed the fact that La Quinta uses Dove Hand Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners and Body Washes. I was so worried that I had forgotten my personal items, but when I walked into the bathroom, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise to see the Dove items.

Very clean and updated rooms/hotel. It was a great stopping point on our way home. Breakfast buffet was good too...and it was replenished almost until 9:30 when it ended. The only complaint I have is the lack of elevators. There is only one for guests and for staff...no service elevator. In the morning during checkout, it was a long wait for the elevator or a trip down the stairs.
