Weekend away for a refresh from city living, motel was clean comfortable, shower water pressure excellent. Staff friendly very family oriented. Third visit and not my last. Perfect base location for visiting local attractions

I’ve been staying here for years and can rely on it for value, cleanliness, service and convenience. It has on site parking suitable for my vehicle, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts are always welcoming.

room was a good size and clean, and felt welcoming quite a bit of bench/table area to place things comfortable couch and coffee table to relax at wardrobe for hanging clothes comfortable bed good size bathroom and good shower (water pressure and temperature) compact tea/coffee/kitchenette with small fridge great location in Benalla

Internet access is really important and when you say that you provide WiFi access but the WiFi doesn't exist at all, it is a bit less than the ideal, especially if you are advertising yourself as a 4-star hotel.
