We were initially a bit concerned with some of the reviews calling out this property for being a bit outdated but we simply saw no evidence of this. The room seemed updated and certainly very comfortable. We opted for a bay view room and was not disappointed. Yes the price point was higher than alternative properties but that is compared to chain hotels in the area that are more suitable for business travel. The on site restaurant was very nice but Fairhaven is a 5 minute walk with multiple dining options. The same walking trail goes well to the north and keeps to the coastline which made for a very nice morning walk to a local coffee stand. Some slight challenges were with the late check in time of 4pm (but then you enjoy the late check out at Noon). And the bathroom has a large pass through separated by sliding panels which are designed to give you a view while soaking in the oversized tub but also limit privacy based on the design. Overall, we would return here and stay a bit longer next time.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. My complaint is with customer service at the front desk and the outdoor patio service. I literally had to carry my champagne with bucket inside myself. Now I’m not lazy but I felt the staff should have offered. Also, patio staff unresponsive to needs of patrons. Our room was NOT ready for us so we waited for a call when ready and never heard from them. I finally went to front desk and inquired and told they called me. They did NOT. The one bright customer server was inside the bar was Emily. She saved our dining experience, was gracious and friendly as well as efficient.

Nice but noisy. There is a lot to like: great views, comfortable, smaller, several steps above a basic motel. While the neighborhood is quiet, the trains are not. They come at all hours. I tolerated it, spouse did not. Little things: great front desk, slow elevator. Quality HVAC system but could use instructions.

This property was just wonderful! Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Both the dinner and breakfast in the on site restaurant was very good. The view is amazing and it's so convenient to walk along the water on the elevated path. Easy to walk into Fairhaven as well. We definitely plan to return so I can take advantage of the spa facilities when we have more time.

I have happily been staying here since they opened. It is my favorite "escape" when visiting my family. This is the epitome of the perfect "boutique hotel": the customer service is incredible; the spa is AMAZING; their restaurant, Keenan's is perpetually yummy, and their rooms are downright gorgeous. NOW, ADD IN THE VIEWS! WOW!!!! Seriously, you will thank me!

The view was nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I was unable to assess the restaurant and spa because my visit was too short. (I will come back.) This Inn is located on the water, my room was spacious, with a window seat to read and enjoy the view. The bathroom and soaker tub was a nice way to unwind and soak sore muscles. The day was chilly so the fireplace was nice. There is a train track and trains run periodically, which some might find fun and quaint, others may not like the noise. I was fine with it. They provide ear plugs for sleeping. The garage is convenient to park and to go straight to your room via the elevator. although there is not much space in the garage to maneuver and is fine for smaller cars. Handicap parking is very tight.

We had the very best time. The front desk staff were so awesome , accommodating , and FUN! Our massages we had scheduled were simply perfect in every single way. We felt so pampered where ever we were in the hotel
