Even after requesting housekeeping services my husband had to request fresh towels and wash cloths and set his garbage in the hallway. Desk staff were rude and not happy to be helpful. When my husband asked for a couple clean washcloths he was told it was a housekeeping issue. Will not return

I was in town for the funeral of a family member. My whole extended family blocked out several rooms for the night before the funeral, as we all live 4 hours away. Although the room itself was not very clean, the stay was pleasant enough, given the circumstances. I had packed a sentimental shirt to wear on the way back home, and when I went to change into it later, couldn't find it. When I got back home, I realized the shirt must have fallen out in the hotel room! I called back, already emotional from the trip with this blow just being the cherry on top. Sean, an employee at Super 8, said the maids had already thrown the shirt away. However, Sean DUG THROUGH THE TRASH, LAUNDERED MY SHIRT, AND MAILED IT BACK TO ME! During such a trying time, he was truly a bright light. I know it sounds silly, but it truly tells you the character of someone that will go to such lengths. The motel itself might not be the fanciest place you'll ever stay, but the staff will make sure you are well-taken care of. I would definitely recommend.

The stay was good, but the service desk was not as they charged my card payment of room after paying here, saying they could t receive payment through here with no reason. Then they charged my card again (double charged). If you want to stay here, don't pay on here since this place will try to scam your card out of hundred of dollars with this excuse of "unable to receive payment from hotels com." Disgraceful and unacceptable actions from this hotel indeed

My family and I had quite a mix up after a game that ran very late into the night and resulted in my stay being kicked out of their system. Jimmy went out of his way to make it possible for us to stay after the mix up. Basic hotel with limited amenities, but great customer service.

The man at the front desk gave me my room key and said it was for room 309 when i went to 309 the key didn’t work so i tried 209 cause maybe he have gotten the room numbers mixed up, when i went down to the second floor to open 209 it let me in but it was dark and quiet so i turned on my flash light and discovered people sleeping in the beds, i quickly closed the door trying not to disturb them from their slumber and proceeded to tell him he gave me the wrong room number key. when i finally got let into the correct room i flipped back the comforter on the beds to check them i discovered a stain on one of the sheets and i was highly disgusted and no longer wanted to be in this horrible place by now.. the temperature of the water is flipped the opposite way, the hot is at the cold setting and the cold is at the hot setting also the tub was stained with a reddish color (i’m concerned on what it may be) the toilet seat doesn’t even match the toilet bowl and at random times the sink would keep coming on but every time i got up to check it would turn off… there are toenail clippings all over the floor and i’m just purely disgusted this place is a hot mess and we haven’t even been here for a whole hour yet.

Charged 3 times for one night and staff was unprofessional and rude. I had to file fraudulent claims with my bank for overcharging me repeatedly for days. Bed was clean but bathroom had hair on the floor and an earwig bug in the shower

Great family feeling oriented the staff are great clean hotel if you stop in make sure to say hi to Josh who works the front desk I'd recommend staying here to anyone and thanks again to my man Josh so good to meet good friendly people

It was a very nice stay I would gladly stay here again and tell my friends about it and have them stay there as well I have nothing bad to say about this hotel I loved the manners the check in lady had

Our stay at this hotel was not a very good one! Very poor maintenance inside, and outside of our room. The shower head, fan, and door knob in the bathroom were all defective. The lights by the bed were broken, the clerk was rude when we checked in, and I would NOT PAY $80 to stay here for one night here EVER AGAIN!!!
