We had booked 2 bedroom apartment as no other room was available. The room 501 was in a very very pathetic condition, full of garbage smell, was not occupied for last 1 year atleast. When asked by one of the hotel staff to the ***ager and receptionist that if the room can be changed and they denied saying no other room was available but when I asked to refund the money they immediately shifted us to another room 301 . The hotel has become worn out and in a very very bad state. There are cockroaches in the room. AC isn’t working. Sofas are absolutely filthy and have bugs all over. The kitchen duct passes through one of the rooms and till 12 night the whole room had only and only food smell which made it difficult to sleep. They charging whooping 5 times more then MRP for serving water in room. Water isn’t complimentary here.

Hotel Eefa Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

EEFA is a well located, fairly old property in Belgaum. Had recently travelled with family and had directly booked a 2-bedroom for a night with them. The hotel itself has a sprawling lobby, sufficient space for car parking and a good restaurant. Staff were polite and check-in was quick. Breakfast is served early and is a decent spread. However, when we entered the 2-bedroom allocated to us, it had a strong smell. The smell was constant and clearly was coming from cooked food. Initially we ignored it but it wouldn't go away. I called up the reception and their only solution was to send the staff with a room freshener! We did identify the source of the smell/stench. The duct from the kitchen passed via the room and there were duct doors in both bedrooms. Only after I raised an issue, the staff allotted two individual rooms to us. Unfortunately the rooms were not fully readied. Used chips packets was lying there and there were no towels etc. I would strongly recommend travellers not to book the 2-bedroom option at the EEFA. It was very disappointing that the staff were NOT upfront and warn us of the issues in the 2-bedroom option at the time of booking/check-in.

Overall a very mediocre stay. Good part - Rooms are big, location is quite nice and central, breakfast is good. Now the Bad part - Washrooms need some maintenance. Pool and gym was closed when we visited, quite disappointed.

Very badly maintained. It was a very good hotel. They didn’t change the bed sheets. Had to insist that they change the sheets. Lousy food and live music was very loud and horrible. food was not good like before. Earlier food was very good. They charged me extra for late check out 1300+Gst . I had requested late checkout due to the late wedding function. But during checkout time they insisted I pay

Never ever book rooms here. Pathetic service. To gve extra bed for which I had paid already even after repeated claling bed was put at night 11.35pm... where my checkin was from 12pm in afternoon. And such a worst reception ***ager who cut the call and didnt bother to receive the call too. I am not sure who who has even appointed that ***ager who dont know professionalism.of luxury hotel service. Food too is worst taste.. there are better hotels around belgaum in same range and better service. Save your money and mood on vacation.

Poorly ***aged hotel: - dirty and unkept bathrooms - deterioring food quality - service staff busy chatting among themselves - no concern for guests - inefficient n untrained front office ALL IN ALL POOR PRODUCT QUALITY N TERRIBLE SERVICE STANDARDS
