貝魯特凡爾登麗笙酒店(Radisson Blu Hotel, Beirut Verdun)

Rooms dirty, breakfast poor and not enough choice, communal areas dirty.

Achei o hotel muito bom, mas fiquei muito mal impressionada com o check-in. Me foi oferecido upgrade de quarto mediante pagamento. Então, me lembrei que minha reserva oferecia upgrade gratuito. Nesse instante me foi dito que não havia disponibilidade p o upgrade. Como pode ter disponibilidade mediante pagamento e não ter gratuitamente (beneficio oferecido pelo proprio hotel, constando inclusive na confirmação da reserva). Achei MUITO feia a postura do hotel/funcionario. De resto foi tudo muito bem. Recomendo, mas queria deixar esse episodio registrado. Muito feio!

My stay at Radisson blu , Verdun was nothing but EXCELLENT!!! It usually take me a while to book a certain hotel. I have to read most of the recent reviews and it’s amenities. Prior to booking my stay at Radisson blu Verdun, I kept on coming back and forth to two other hotels and finally made my final decision and definitely made the right choice. When I checked in, they upgraded my room to business class. When I entered my room it was huge and have more than I needed during my stay. I would like to commend the guy who checked me in … Chayame or Chayane . He has this great smile and just very accommodating. I would like to include the other person with him which is Addel ( I hope I spelled it right)… both have been helping me with all my inquiries and how can I forget the friendly lady Shasauna ( apologize if I misspelled your beautiful your name ), supervisor I think on my floor or the hotel. She calls my room every now and then to make sure if I’m ok or need any help. I mean there are minute issue like the shower but it overshadows how amazing the staff are.. I would highly recommend this hotel not only because of its awesome amenities but also, it is close to the mall.. it is in front of it and the ocean is easily walkable from the hotel. It is very safe. I even walk there at night and feels safe. I will definitely come back to Beirut and for sure will stay at Radisson Blu, Verdun again. To all the staff there… thank you very much and I wish you all well!

I'm here for the third time and, unfortunately, every time has been worst. It's a pity becuase the location is extraordinary, the staff gives its best to make the guests stay as good as possible but there are thing s that must be improved. The breakfast is really poor, doesn't match to a 5 star hotel at all! I've stayed in 3 stars hotel with a wider variation in quantity and quality. I would like to make a special mention to Mr Elie the manager who approached me very professionally to solve my issues during my stay. Thank you very much.

Excellent Hotel on the best location facing ABC shopping mall. Amazing staff. They upgrade me to better room even without request. I was very happy and I will visit this hotel again and again in future

There was no business lounge available in this hotel. Also there are no rooms with a nice view. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff are friendly.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean. Service was perfect.
