Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dominique was very friendly. Doc in the restaurant was very courteous, checking on us often to make sure we were good, and fast. I will be returning to this hotel. It was extremely clean, great atmosphere, and quiet. Food in restaurant was good and did not take long to get food.

The daytime front desk woman was a nightmare to deal with, she was very rude not willing to help solve any problem. Actually I believe this was the same woman who was the server for the "breakfast that was extra". The coffee creamer was so old it seperated in coffee and smelled horrible. The food was good but service was horrible. It has been over 3 weeks and my card and still not been credited back the 50$ hold for incedintles. Slowest elevator i have ever witnessed in my life! The late night desk woman was awesome however!

Upon checking in our room did not have a working air conditioning. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when calling. Had to go back and get another room. Upon checking out ans even up to days later my card kept getting charged unbelievable amounts. When calling I got an excuse it was the computer and auditing in the middle of the nights was to blame. It took over a week to get hundreds of dollars back.

Elevators were sketchy and building was old but mostly updated. Staff refused to give more than two vouchers for breakfast even though room was booked for three. Breakfast offered was NOT worth the $15 price. Do not buy. Many local places to get a good meal.

1.Door did not open and close properly. Got held up on door frame. 2. Lights in entry way/closet did not work 3. Bathroom door hit toilet every time opening. Hence toilet seat wobbly. 4. Worn carpet. 5. Property wasn’t too busy so not a lot of activity. Property was kinda dark. I wouldn’t recommend to other single travelers.
