巴吞魯日機場希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Baton Rouge Airport)

Lobby was almost as hot as it was outside, restaurant/ bar was located in the same area, sweating while eating just doesn’t work for me. Door to the room stuck so bad had to use your shoulder to open it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the snack selection downstairs consisted of cliff bars and some kind of cookie.. woke up early by talking outside my door, when I got out of bed to go use the bathroom after being woke up I walked through wet carpet and a half flooded room from a water leak. The rest of the morning until I left I got to listen to a shop vac run. Checked out and mentioned the flooding I got a head shake then asked if there was a discount for the flooding. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party but would have the manager call me. Still waiting on that call…….. I’m a Hilto owner and it’s ashamed I can book a room cheaper through Trip than I can Hilton

Very nice hotel but lobby heat was out. Ac went out at 11pm had to change rooms several times

They had no transportation to airport as advertised- uber was $45 to travel 3.5 miles to gates-

The hotel is nice, they to do repairs on the walls in the rooms, scratches on the walls and doors, bathroom shower has rust showing and the bottom of the shower door, service is great,, but hotel needs maintenance done

The hotel was okay. However the area was not safe to walk around and I had several random people knocking on my door one morning and woke me up. Not cool!

The stat was ok the beds wasn't comfortable. O had to clean the room with my own supplies

The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. That is about the only thing good I can say about this hotel. The rooms were adequate for sleeping and clean enough but you had to be diligent in keeping it that way. During the 6 day stay there, I did not have any housekeeping service not once and neither did any of my coworkers. We had to repeatedly go to the front desk in order to get clean towels The front desk often seemed unattended or overrun with staff that just stood there without offering any assistance. While they were polite and assisted when asked, overall the service received was very dissatisfying. The clear outline of what was and wasn't included in the breakfast was also confusing. Different people were told different things and even charged different prices. Again, the restaurant staff were extremely nice but I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.

The room 221 provided a poor view. The fumes from the kitchen exhaust were very unpleasant. Housekeeping didn’t replace the towels as request.

When it was time for the room to be cleaned, housekeeping only took out the trash and did not replace towels or make up the bed.
