瑞吉斯巴瑟斯特山全景酒店(Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst, an EVT hotel)

我們住了2天，這是一次愉快的經歷。房間乾淨寬敞，設有標準尺寸的廚房。很高興看到餐廳裏滿是充滿活力的酒店客人。我會將這家酒店推薦給任何尋求優質服務和美味佳餚的人。

We stayed sun night to find no bar no restaurant open. Then the hot water burst and had no hot showers the next day and water leaking in hallway lights etc. Great location and room was fine but bit of a disappointing stay- no suggestion of discount for no shower etc either

Great place to visit and will definitely come back again. Only negative was the bathroom door sliding doors didn’t latch together and the in room safe didn’t work. Other than that it’s a fantastic place to stay and the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel stay was disappointing. The restaurant was closed, the bar was unattended, the atmosphere was tense and unfriendly. The room was missing the mini bar items and drinks. No luxury items in bathroom or in the room ( note pad, pen, toiletries…) Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean that’s it!

The hotel was overall in good conditions,it seemed that the room wasn't recently cleaned as therr was hips of dust everywhere, but the bathroom was pretty clean except a few tiles with black mold built on. Also ,the reception it should be attended 24/7 but when I tried to call from the room noone answered the phone for more than 15 minutes so I gave up. There were families in next two rooms who couldn't control their kids, the kids didn't stop running and shouting between the rooms and slamming the doors, noone cared about other guests of the hotel who would like a peaceful stay. In other circumstances i could've gave a more positive review but unfortunately my stay wasn't pleasant as I was expecting.

Beds were sagging and pillows were lumpy. We had a balcony but there we didn’t know all the balconies were connected until someone walked past our open curtains - there was no privacy at all, and nothing to tell us this was the case. That really should be communicated as it’s expected that you can have the curtains open with a basic amount of privacy.

Kitchenette was worn-out and damaged, lacking essential equipment for making food, eg peeler, grater and spatula. Bathroom was mouldy, shower leaks on floor and was dangerous, no mop provided or enough towels to clean up the water. Limited cleaning supplies and no broom or dust pan provided. Location to everything was great. Bed was comfy but only one lumpy pillow each.

Great location away from town. A car is necessary. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We were there in a slow period, so we had no problem with elevator waiting times or breakfast seating.
