棕櫚灘度假村(Palm Beach Resort)

Event: Company Outing, overnight Persons: 100 Rooms - the reviews are real. They are all nice. Water supply at the room is also good. Ambiance - reviews are real. What is special here is that the place has a calm, relaxing vibe because of the lush trees/forest at a hill on one side, while the blue beach+waves at the other side. Food - reviews are real. They are yummy with different choices. Serving size is plenty, too. Customer service - u can find them anywhere so it’s easy to ask around. Pools - 1 for day tour guests, 1 for overnight guests. Beach has pebbles but swimmable and warm. Bring aqua shoes. Shampoo/soap smells so good bec of the tea tree. Amenities provided for us - tent, projector, screen, videoke for 4hrs (5k), paid ice with cooler. Drinks are pricey so we brought beers and paid for the corkage. I did not rate 5. But definitely above 4. - resort will not provide a sample menu so that you have an overview of menu. So the anxiety it caused us from finding out the food was there until we saw the food. What i like here: No need to walk very far to access the beach. All rooms are facing the beach and you just go out front and you already have access. Excellent place for elders and kids who love to run. It rained at night but their tent was arranged well and we did not get wet during our event. There was only 1 guest. I hope they did not get disturbed by the noise. This is Laiya so expect the 3-4 hours travel time from NCR. Maybe please add lotion inside the room. :) I will definitely go back here with my family.

Very rocky beach For P18,000 worth of room /night, we were told to plug the refrigerator ourselves. (Aug 4 Casa Sophia #8) We were not assisted to operate the T.V. No front desk personnel is assigned per Casa. One casa has 3 floors, with 4 rooms per floor. We need to go to the pavillion, walk few meters away and look for them Sufficient food selection but BLAND taste (hey have to address this) No sliced tomatoes for fried bangus , no teaspoons for dessert, no sugar for champorado, very very small pandesal. First time to see baguio bean salad...a bit weird Overall ambiance is relaxing I like the gazebos but there are lots of black ants Its not windy, its humid No sunset and sunrise view There are a number of peddlers selling pearls and dried fish on the beach Strictly no pets allowed Pearl Farm Davao is way too much better in service, better food, more exquisite room interior fine sand beach for only P10,000 per night.

We have stayed numerous times at Palm Beach and always enjoyed our stay. We expected the rooms to be clean and food to be good. They did not disappoint. Actually, the rooms have a feeling of being new and refreshing but i can’t imagine it being really renovated because in general, it still looks the same. The feel is different maybe because there are painting or photos on the walls, the sheets and towels always look and feel new and in general, the room is very clean and neat. Service is still great. Staff from receiving, brining your bags, at the dining area are smiling and helpful. We love Palm Beach and while it does not have a long stretch of white san beach, the overall experience is always relaxing and feels like a real vacation. Kudos to Palm Beach owners and staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all, the resort IS NOT PET friendly. You can't bring your beloved pet. They should at least have provisions for pets. Especially after the pandemic or during this pandemic, pets have become so atatched with the owners. The resort is nice though but still ...

Our company had our annual team building here at Palms beach. It was our first time here. Although we initially had some apprehension regarding the place as we encountered some problems when booking our reservations, our stay turned out to be one very memorable event. Our rooms and cabanas were close to each other and very near the beach area. The dining staff were very attentive and accommodating. Shout out to Gary, Jiesan, Arlene and the rest of the waiters and waitresses and kitchen staff for taking care of everyone. They worked very hard to make our stay a great one and the food was also very good and filling. The front desk staff were also very nice and the rest of the staff very hard working. The pools were very clean and nice. Although the beach is not so pristine, the waters were crystal clear and beach area well maintained and kept clean. The rooms and amenities are also nice. The basketball court was very well lit and accessible. We had fun using that area for our team building activities. Of course it’s not a first class place but I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice venue for company team building with a limited budget.

Main reason why we chose this in spite of high price is because they told us that they require antigen test for all guests. Unfortunately, they removed the testing already. Beach is very rocky. Aqua shoes’ needed. Beach is clean overall. The depth is good for dipping of body. Resort’s not facing neither west nor east- no sunrise nor sunset view. Food is average and overpriced. Not enough for the guests! Only redeeming factor is that desserts taste good - also their soups. Service is above average. Room is also above average- spacious and clean. Choose beach front for a pretty view. Cabana is also good and shaded with palm trees. If they only require antigen tests (like stated in the website), I would have rated this 4. But since it has no test, I think other resorts would have been better (ex. not rocky beach). Though the good thing is it’s pretty far from other resorts; hence, not crowded in the beach proper.

This was a terrific experience for our family! This was our second visit to the Palm Beach Resort, the last being in November of 2020. We had the Premier Room and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. The resort is very nice with several places for children to play, a basketball court and two beautiful pools. It was more open then our last trip here. What really stands out at this resort are the owner and her staff. They are super friendly and so very accommodating. The package we had included breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner all on set menu. As my wife and I are both vegetarian most of the items on the menu were foods we don't eat. However, for every meal they came to us and said we are making you a special vegetarian dish - every meal! It was amazing how much effort they put into making our stay enjoyable - and they succeeded! We will definitely be going back - it is only a 3 hour drive from BGC and is an amazing break from metro Manila. We really enjoy this resort and the terrific people who work there. My husband and I had a relaxing getaway at Palm Beach Resort, the room we stayed in was clean it has basic amenities, the staff at Palm Beach were accommodating and attentive to all our needs. The resort offers buffet snack, dinner, breakfast and lunch to their guest ( di ka magugutom ) and the food were delectable. The resort has 2 infinity pools and the beach was a bit rocky but manageable so bring your aqua shoes for safety. We will definitely recommend Palm Beach to our family and friends. Every penny we spent is worth it :)
