They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place

Good for group activities, not crowded

forest crest has a huge landscape that spans a whole block along the national highway going to the heart of nasugbu, batangas. going there is quite a pain because the roads are being repaired and traffic was horrible. the usual 30 minutes from the center of ta***tay more than doubled. and then the place. formerly known as chateau royale hotel, this resort underwent a major overhaul in its management team during the pandemic. the thing is, we could not compare it from previous handlers since it was our first time to visit. but get this: it took 24 hrs upon arrival before housekeeping gave us an extra set of linens & toiletries even when they were reminded a day before that two people will stay in my room. the bathroom door cannot be locked. it exudes a foul odor like it was left uncleaned for ages. the water heater has been turned off. when asked for assistance, nobody came to address our concern. we have to figure out on our own how the water temperature can be regulated. the water heater was concealed under the sink. the wifi will drive you crazy. you need to stay near the door if you want free internet access. it was so disappointing. and the shuttle service sucks. you'll just end up walking the whole distance to reach your function hall because there was no service vehicle available. if you want to have a fun, relaxing getaway, go somewhere else.

Great staff and security team. Horrible condition of the room's doors. The toilet was constantly running, the air conditioner was barely keeping the room cool. There was no refrigerator (our booking site indicated that there was supposed to be one). Worst - the motor vehicles outside would rev their engines as the Cabin Family room was right next to the highway (the noise was outlandish).

It's not worth the price. Hotel is old needs more clening and renovation, It's also noisy you can hear people from outside. the wave pool water is dirty, I feel itchy after a long time in the pool water. The shower water is weak it will take long time to shower. Zip line, sauna etc a lot are under maintenance and only 1 restaurant is open.

To the eyes the property was pretty. There were very limited options as far as dining and the breakfast was nearly non existent. The spa was only able to offer partial services and partial recreational activities were available. I wish they would of mentioned these short comings on the web site prior to us booking.
