Candlewood Suites 巴特爾斯維爾東(Candlewood Suites Bartlesville East)

I was staying at this property with a business colleague and an hour upon checkout. I got told I have to do a room security check. Which was odd never heard of this and had another night already paid for for the room. Instead of the elevator burning up and going on a service filled our room with smoke and then we got kicked out of the room for supposedly smoking it. I have video recording of this incident and it will be on YouTube.

We chose this hotel with the knowledge they had a cooktop/kitchen. Because of my celiac disease & having to cook all my meals normally their “kitchens” are fully stocked with everything you need to cook but much to our surprise there was nothing! No dishes, silverware, cups, pots, pans or even dish soap! When we asked for these things they said they didn’t have any! So we had to go buy everything we needed to be able to cook our meals. They gave us a dish rag but refused to give us a dish towel & was hesitant to give me hand towels to dry my dishes! They didn’t even have a stopper for the sink so I could wash my dishes! The linens we were given were stained & dirty looking the bed was horrible & one of the rooms around ours smelled very strongly of pot! Our phone in the room didn’t even have a cord on it to hook into the wall! I had requested that nobody enter the room when we were not there but they did anyway which really angered me too! We had to check out a day early because we had had enough!

We were on a family outing. We had three rooms. They charge us $300 deposit on the rooms. We found early in the morning that one of the rooms had bed bugs. We took a picture and show it to the desk clerk. No refund on that room. Just a sorry

Photos on website are very misleading.needs many repairs and upgrades. It was ok fir 2 noght but definitely not what was expected form website photos

This hotel worked well for our family stay with its spacious room, fridge and stove. Although it could benefit from updates and has some pest issues, overall, I would consider staying there again.

My 3 yr old granddaughter found a pack of cigarettes under the bed. Toothpaste was still dripped all down the fronts of the bathroom cabinets ftom previous customers. When mentioned to front desk the response was "oh...." That was it....

The beds in one of our 2 rooms were poor, had dips in them, not flat and very uncomfortable. Not happy with the corporate invasive policy of wanting the DL of every person spending the night there, not just the person reserving it. Other than the beds, the rooms were great with full size fridge with ice maker (as there are no ice machines in the hotel) microwave and dishwasher. Nice closet also.

Would be nice to have a coffee maker available. Needed to ask for a blanket. Otherwise the property is very nice!
