住了三晚上，總體來説很滿意。樓頂泳池晚上風景很不錯，早餐有好幾種水果，服務人員態度很好，下次來巴蘭基亞還會來住！

En este momento no es un hotel que pueda cobrar por el servicio lo que piden en las plataformas de reserva o directamente. Nuestra habitacion tenia cucharachas y al llover en la noche de nuestro hospedaje el agua se filtro dentro de la habitacion. (Evidencia en fotografias que se mostraron directamente en la recepcion al momento de entregar la habitacion) El baño necesita mantenimiento en la ducha el agua suele estanc****. Se nos hizo muy extraño que estuviera en esas condiciones, puesto que, es una linea de hoteles que ya conocemos.

El personal del hotel siempre amable y dispuesto. Las instalaciones limpias y en buen estado. La habitación confortable y amplia. Las camas son cómodas! Muy bien ubicado y cerca a tiendas, restaurantes y al CC Buenavista! La piscina no es muy grande pero es divertida! El
Desayuno es variado y rico. No pude conectarme a Internet aunque no insistí con la asistencia porque no lo necesité! En términos generales muy buena experiencia de estadía!

El hotel se ve bien pero los muebles ya se ven viejos algunos dañados y anticuados.

Entendiendo que que el check in es a las 3 pm. solicite muy amablemente que si me podian ayudar poruqe venia de un largo viaje. me prometieron que en 20 min me entregaban la habitacion. los 20 min fueron realmente 3 horas. cuando pude subir pedi el almuerzo y despues de esperar hora y media me ducen que se las habia olvidado. llame a la gerencia y quedo en devolverme la llamada. ya estoy en mi casa y sigo esperando.
lastima era mi hotel favorito en Barranquilla.
