I can’t believe this is a Hotel in Sydney

Very hospitable accommodation, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to public transport. I'd recommend, I booked for needing asap and was perfect for last minute planning . Now I've got to ad more because has to be 200 characters so mmmmm let me see what I can say more geees ok it's comfy oh yeah air conditioning works a treat!!!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Private bathroom but was mould everywhere and the shower head wasnt even attached so unusable. Used shared bathrooms and completely filthy and gross. Had to wait ages for water to heat up and no water pressure. In private bathroom sink was unusable and a plunger was next to sink to use. No doona covers on the doonas. Dirty underwear left in a draw in our room. Tv remotes had one battery and no kettle or appliances in the room

The location to nearby places is very good. The hotel itself is pretty bare bones. Room includes television, wifi, sink and cupboards and dresser. Bathroom and shower are shared and in a seperate area bathrooms/toilet grouped by genders. If you are going to be out and about and you just need somewhere to sleep and shower then it's pretty good and I would recommend. The rooms are seperate from the bar and music downstairs so if you hate music and alcohol like me then you don't have to deal with that, except when checking in and out as the reception is at the bar.

Positieve is dat het dichtbij het treinstation ligt. Ze adverteren met gratis WiFi, maar bij aankomst blijkt er geen WiFi te zijn. Maar 1 douche bij de mannen en vrouwen en ook voor beide maar 2 toiletten. Wc/badkamer niet schoon, koud water bij de mannen met douchen. 100 dollar borg betalen, kan pas vanaf 10 uur uitchecken voordien zitten ze dicht. Mocht je eerder weg willen dan moet je maar zien hoe je je borg terug krijgt.

The only positive point that of this Hotel was that it was very close to the railway station Unfortunately I am forced to report: 1. The opening time of 10:00 AM is very frustrating for both arrival and partucularly for departures (They do not allow for early checkouts since you have to get a refund of your deposit). 2. The room airconditioner did not cool the room properly 3. The restuarant was closed througout my stay. 4. The wifi though advertised in *********** was out of order(forcing me to buy a portable wifi from Telstra. 5. They have an awkward and inflexible systemof taking Key deposits (unique from all other similar hotels ) they force the customer to either pay cash ($100)or use debit cards and do not accept a credit card deposit or a direct bank deposit 6. The hot water system did not work in the Gentlemen's toilet. 7. There was no fridge in the Room

The staff were polite, but at check-in they are asked for a security deposit of $100 which you can either pay by card or cash. They took away my mobile phone into another room to check my *********** booking before returning it. Also, they did this for my driver's license. If you want to see the staff at check-out you have to wait until 10:00 am. For me I want to make sure I get my deposit back before I go. I liked my single room which included a basin, bed was comfy, and the men's toilet and bathroom were clean and not far away. Also, best to bring your own cup if you want a drink from the tap in your room.

The staff were lovely….however, there was a kettle, but no tea, coffee, cups, glasses, microwave etc. The most basic items when you’re paying $120/night. I stayed at the Travelodge 2 nights later for the same price & there was all that, plus a fridge.

Worst Experience never book again. Very bad room with dirty carpet and window blinders was broken sun rays come straight to the bed. They charged me $121 was that room !!! Total loss of money I prefer to stay in some other hotel or booked by Airbnb
