The young gentleman that checked me in was so friendly and extremely helpful! Excellent person to have on your frontline staff!

The room had great heat and hot water. Great handicap access. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast has disappeared forcing everyone to go to the restaurant. The is no juice station anymore. The coffee station/continental breakfast station has gone from 2 counters to one with a limited selection.

Never saw such pristine -clean towels! Room was very nice! Enjoyed the pool- love the blue peaceful lights!!

This was a very good location for our stay. We've been staying here over the past year and it's been great every time.

Really enjoy the Bangor grande, stayed for my birthday and as always happy with the cleanliness, the pool, the staff and the room itself

The room itself was clean and had all of its amenities. No in room coffee and we weren't informed that there was coffee in the lobby. Our biggest issue was that the fire alarm went off at 4:45 a.m.. No fire just a glitch. The room alarms themselves didn't go off but the hall alarm went off waking everyone up. There is a heater in the room which Heats well but when it gets up to temperature it cools off very quickly and the floor is extremely cold. We were on the second floor I had asked for a room near the exit and I was in the direct Center of the hall so it wasn't really near the exit. Plus it was extremely cold in the hall.

Had to use alot of perfume and was glad i had just gone to B&B and had some plug ins so i was able to try to mask the smell that was in that rm. After a long night i made sure to tell the cleaning staff that something smelled really really bad so after coming to the rm they just kept apologizing and saying how sorry they were and that they hope my day gets better lol
