the employee at the desk was amazing after us having issues at the hilton garden and aviator hotel while checking in we switch too holiday inn and it was so nice to finally get easily checked in to a hotel that cares about the guests.

Perfect location for staying to see a concert, they had a shuttle to drop us off and pick us up afterwards so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking or traffic after the concert.

my room was very clean and i felt safe and comfortable. front desk was more than helpful. only minor downside was a fellow guest (stranger) being rude to me but that is no fault of the location itself.

Overall a very good brief stay for a wedding. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful. Hair dryer in room was very weak and the front desk staff found another for me. Breakfast was included and had a good selection.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days for a specific event held there Aug. 19-21, 2022. Everything was well-done and appropriate: comfortable, pretty, clean, friendly, etc. I recommend it highly.

At first glance our room wasn’t too bad; but upon further inspection it was horrid. Our toilet was dirty with red specks (couldn’t tell if it was blood or rust?), there were several hairs in our bathtub, and our towels had various stains on them. If that wasn’t enough, we were given a combined room (which we didn’t ask for) and the wall to the other room was PAPER thin. We could hear the family next doors entire life story…not to mention their continued dry cough ALL NIGHT. Only got 4 total hours of sleep with kids running the halls all night. We planned to stay 2 nights but 1 was enough. When checking out, we told the manager of all the things we found wrong in our room and WHY we wanted to be refunded a night. She gave me an EXTREMELY nasty attitude and didn’t let me explain myself any further. And to top it all off the walkways surrounding the hotel were incredibly icy and not salted…I slipped and pulled a muscle in my leg. Would definitely not recommend unless you're REALLY desperate for a one night stay.

From the moment when we first checked in the employees were wonderful! Very friendly & informative! One of our days our room was NOT cleaned. Not sure what happened.
