海王星海灘度假村-全包式酒店(Neptune Beach Resort - All Inclusive)

Très bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses, nettoyées avec soin et délicatesse. (Linge oublié sur le lit, plié avec soin) Buffet varié et de bonne qualité (agneau grillé, foie de veau délicieux, petit déjeuner avec de bonnes crêpes et gaufres proposées gentiment par Ilham). Plage très propre. Wifi correct Equipe d'animation très amicale et attachante, merci à Eric, Angelo et Kalama pour ces moments de jeu et rigolade. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, prenant le temps d'échanger avec vous, comme Justus. Demander Samuel (parasol rouge sur la plage) pour vos excursions, il parle très bien français et est amoureux de son pays. Il partage toutes ses anecdotes . Nous avons visité le parc Haller en sa compagnie, il nous a même permis un détour pour récupérer du cash (penser à en amener suffisamment car sur le séjour, nous n'avons pu payer que le jet-ski en CB). Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir fait appel à lui pour notre visite à Kisite . Nous sommes partis avec Ultimate expérience qui nous a fait attendre 1h sur le bateau (certains passagers n'ayant pas leurs tickets, alors que nous, nous les avions) alors que d autres bateaux identiques partaient (nous aurions pu monter sur un de ces bateaux pour partir plus tôt, ce qu'un autre guide français a proposé à son groupe). Nous avions un guide Rachid quasi absent, une visite de l'île express en 10 min avec très peu de commentaires. Notre correspondant sur place (ultimate expérience via Leclerc voyage (qui nous a toujours vendu des voyages de qualité : Tunisie, Guadeloupe), Patrick, pas très agréable.

Le Neptune Beach Resort se trouve à 45 min de l'aéroport de Mombasa (route difficile actuellement, en travaux début 2024). D'un style colonial, aéré, haut de plafond, c'est un hôtel qui a bien vieilli. Les chambres sont assez confortables, attention elles sont souvent faites pour 3 personnes maximum. Etant 4, on nous a amené un lit supplémentaire, ne pas hésiter à demander. La piscine est grande et agréable pour les enfants (une grande partie est à l'abri du soleil l'après-midi). La plage est très proche, et assez "safe" (il y a des locaux qui veulent faire du business ce qui est tout à fait normal). Le personnel est adorable et disponible (mention spéciale à nos housekeepers David et Johnny, ainsi que le personnel qui garde les enfants, merci Linet). Un bon cadre pour se reposer avant / après les safaris (attention aux trajets, très longs!).

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu 7 dni w lutym 2024 roku, jak dla nas to bardzo spokojny kameralny hotel w którym panuje niezwykle przyjazna atmosfera, obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, wszyscy życzliwi, przyjacielscy i uśmiechnięci; Cichy, spokojny, dobra atmosfera o co dbała też grupa animatorów (w ciągu dnia oraz wieczorami), zadbany ogród, ilość leżaków wystarczająca (nie ma potrzeby zajmowania miejsca o świcie). Z ogrodu super widok na ocean oraz bezpośrednio dostępną plażę (piasek super). Jedzenie bardzo dobre, wg nas każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ws alkoholi to w ramach „all” hotel serwuje wyśmienite czerwone i białe wino z RPA, pozostałe dostępne alkohole też ok. Pokoje przestronne z zadziwiająco dużą łazienką, sprzątane codziennie bardzo dokładnie, jednak o dość dużym stopniu zużycia. Ogólnie solidne 4*. Na plaży stacjonują przesympatyczni tubylcy, którzy pomogą we wszystkim (safari, safari wodne, inne wycieczki, karta do internetu, papierosy i inne usługi taniej niż przez biuro – pytajcie o Charlesa).

Un endroit agréable,. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Raphaël, le chef barman est à nos soins.. Et souriant. L'hôtel face à la mer est un bel endroit à taille humaine.. Il possède un Spa Belle expérience au Kenya.. Nathalie et Benoît.

Place is really good but…. this is the first hotel in my life from many who cancel all inclusive after check out. Weak. Beside this plus for clean rooms, nice service, great food and beautiful views.

My partner and I unfortunately did not enjoy the visit at the hotel much. Rooms: The rooms and corridors need some improvement especially on the aeration.....a bit too stuffy. Food: There's need for variety of food to choose from. Unfortunately my partner and I fell ill on day one after breakfast at the hotel, (not sure if it was the hotel food or not). The food isn't as tasty...fruits were too bitter, especially the oranges. Variety of dessert was thin Bar: All inclusive bar variety could be improved as well. Not too exciting menus on the cocktails. Entertainment: NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!!!!! Animation team not too enthusiastic on engaging guests at designated times. Staff: General area staff are pleasant and friendly too. Keep it up. A little improvement needed on Thier uniforms... especially at the dining area.

Amazing beach resort. The rooms are clean, food is great with a lot of varieties - for all. Our room had a good view of the pools and the sea. The staff are very customer friendly and they get you anything you request them. You may increase the varieties in snacks. Overall, it's an amazing experience.

We had been booked in for a conference but we ended up not getting a conference hall despite confirmations (fully paid) and had to look for alternatives. We had very senior investors who were to attend.

Had the best stay.The hotel staff couldn't have made it any better.The professionalism,hospitality,kindness etc made my stay at the hotel worthwhile.The food was amazing and and the rooms too.Will definitely be coming back inshallah.
