內港喜來登酒店(Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel)

The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the Inner Harbour. Generally speaking it’s not as bad as what the comments portrayed. My twin-bed room is decent and spacious. I could also enjoy an early check in at noon.

Didn’t get the room I ordered, but it still was enjoyable

Clean, convenient and close to the stadiums.

I’ve traveled a lot and at no time have I ever encountered a rodent in my room. When I notified the front desk and they immediately moved me to another room. However, when I asked to speak to a manger I was told they would call me back. It’s been several days and no response from the manager. Very disappointed and will not be staying at any Sheraton ever again.

Shower didn't work and the staff was "unhelpful" at best. Towles were covered in other people's hair. AC did not work, and the room faced the sun so it was always 85 in the room and they didn't move me. Worst stay since the end of the pandemic

I requested a low floor because my wife has a medical condition and the lowest floor I was offers was the 11th . I called and had it in my notes on my reservation . Unfortunately I had to cancel the registration because of this and I respectfully ask Hotels . Com for a refund since I could not stay at this hotel.

This Sheraton maintains the bare minimum to keep its franchise. It is the closest lodging to the Baltimore Convention Center and has an attached indoor garage. Food service in the area is very limited, so they know they have a captive audience for their $25 weekend buffet breakfast, which is no better than a free one at a Comfort Inn. The full bar is a safe plus, and in good weather, there is an outdoor walkway to the Convention Center. The ******* price is slightly less than the Bonvoy member price, but then you are charged for parking, and Internet. There is less and less in downtown Baltimore worth visiting so it is only a matter of time until this place closes, too, so no need to raise standards.
