While the hotel was nice, we were not well informed at check in about the added costs. Then at check out we were over billed.

Location was nice, close to the folks we were visiting. Friendly staff, restaurants and other things near. Pretty view of the marina. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel and location. Everything was lovely! However, I Would suggest a combo of normal depth and thick pillows. The latter weren’t so comfortable. Will come again if occasion arises.

Great location. My room was freezing when I arrived. I tried to change the thermostat, to no avail. After a while it was still intolerably cold, but when I went to the front desk, the clerk came to the room and was able to fix the problem. The TV stations didn´t work to a large extent, but I had a lovely view of the water.

I never review hotels, but this one was so wonderful. The people were friendly, the room was very nice, being able to get coffee or tea at any hour was wonderful. It was wonderful and quiet, and we had a great view of the water.I would highly recommend this to anyone and would not stay anywhere else in Baltimore.

I thought it was a fabulous location, but they are relying on that and haven't updated the very worn carpet and the bathrooms are pretty old too. I wouldn't actually complain if the price were more reasonable, but at over $400/night for a room that looks out onto a courtyard (and not the water) I think they can do better. Also let me know I can park in the garage across the street overnight instead of paying $50 to leave my car out in the open on a broken gravel lot.

For the price point... the gym should be cleaner and have more and better equipment. The bed mattress was horednously in need of an update. The sneaky extra $20/night stay charge was unwarranted, basically a money grab from the establishment, which I found to be over priced already for the quality and amenities.

The Inn is tucked away in a quiet corner of Fels Point but close enough to walk to many places. The lobby was warm and inviting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure while taking a shower made me so happy. The staff was lovely.

Property was ok in terms of looks and location. AC is very loud and hallway light stays on and shines into the room. Staff was very slow opening the parking garage gate. Need to get that resolved
