Staff was very friendly. Parking was $36 which seems like a lot. Hotel phones were not working the night we checked in or the next morning which is odd for a major corporation. Our room window overlooked a closed mall-no exterior view, very apocalyptic. Got a voucher for free fried green tomatoes at Miss Shirley's!

I chose this hotel because of its location. We parked our car in the garage for our whole stay because everything we wanted to do was walking distance, including the Christmas market. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. My only complaint would be that the bathroom wall paint was peeling off. I believe this is due to no fan in the bathrooms, resulting in poor ventilation. That didn’t stop us from enjoying my stay. I want to include, the staff was always polite and helpful. We forgot to buy water for our room and thankfully they have a little store we were able to buy water and snacks from. Let me not forget to add there’s a Starbucks Conveniently located in the lobby. This was a plus-plus for me because i can’t function without coffee in the morning. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience. The hotel cancelled my reservation before I arrived for a reason nobody knows. My wife and I went to Baltimore for a Christmas concert and were left without a hotel. Fortunately we live in DC, so we just went home. I don’t think I’ll ever use ******* again to book a hotel

Stayed at this hotel for an event happening there that night. My room didn’t have an iron and I contacted the front desk and the attendant was shocked and said that she was notifying someone. I waited 30 min and contacted the front desk with no answer. I couldn’t wear what was planned because I never received an iron and never received a callback from the hotel about it after waiting a whole hour being late to the event. Went to the front desk for checkout to explain and the attendant tells me that there’s no extra irons on the whole hotel

Es la segunda vez que pernoctamos en ese hotel en ruta de NY a Carolina del Norte. El recepcionista era súper amable y nos ayudó con almohadas extras. El check in fue muy rápido. La habitación muy amplia en la séptima planta tenía una vista espectacular sobre la ciudad y el puerto. Aparcamos el coche en el aparcamiento por $36 la noche.
