완전 자연주의호텔입니다. 호텔로 친절하고 위치 좋고 너무 즐겁게 있다 왔어요. 단점이라면.. 일반룸은 크기가 작았어요

***bitte ganz lesen*** Stern: Die Ankunft vom Hafen in Denpasar nach Nusa Lembongan war super unkompliziert. Im Hotel angekommen haben wir ein kühles Tuch & einen Welcome Drink bekommen. Super lecker und erfrischend. Nach Check In wurden wir zu unserem Bungalow gebracht. Sternabzug: Der Bungalow ist leider recht klein. Daher muss man schon etwas koordinieren wo man die Koffer abstellt und teilweise die Koffer zum öffnen auf den Balkon schieben, da im Zimmer nicht genug Platz war. Das Zimmer selbst war super gepflegt, auch ein neues Bad ist drin verbaut. Sich ganz cool, unser Bungalow war in erster Reihe zum Meer. So hat man immer das Meeresrauschen hören können. Sternabzug: Wir hatten leider etwas Pech, dass unser Bungalow direkt neben der Küche war. Dadurch hat Punkt halb 7 irgendwelche Maschinen angefangen zu blasen die nicht ganz leise waren. Dazu kam nachts dann noch ein ungebetener Gast der uns reichlich Schlaf geraubt hat. Als das Licht aus war, scheint irgendwo in Kopfhöhe eine Maus ihr Unwesen zu treiben. Man hat sie laufen und kruspeln gehört. Einmal war sie sogar im Bett. Danach waren wir hellwach.. Snacks die wir dabei hatten, haben wir danach alle auf den Balkon gestellt, hat aber leider nicht geholfen. Danach haben wir mit hellem Licht geschlafen damit sie nicht raus kam. Ab dann konnten wir langsam schlafen. Stern: Das Frühstück war a la carte und auch lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Dazu wurde man mit dem schönsten Strand belohnt. Stern: Das Hotel verfügt unabhängig davon sogar noch über eine eigene Fun-Platform auf dem Meer wo man kostenfrei Bananenboot fahren, Schnorcheln & Wasserrutschen kann. Also insgesamt hat das Hotel wirklich eine gute Bewertung verdient auch wenn 3 Sterne auf den ersten Blick nicht gut wirken. Das Essen konnten wir bedenkenlos und preiswert essen, was auf Bali nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Auch der Service ist wirklich klasse und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar und haben uns sogar direkt ein Taxi zum Hotel bestellt und such einen Roller, den wir dann für 8€ am Tag mieten konnten. Wären die Zimmer etwas geräumiger und die Maus nicht mehr da, hätte das Hotel definitiv 5 Sterne verdient.

Honestly, the whole resort is like it's come straight out of a brochure. Beautiful views of the beach, amazing facilities and accommodation, not to mention the most friendly and approachable staff there to help whenever you need. I celebrated my 21st here the other night and surprised me with a birthday cake and even sang me a happy birthday! Oh I forgot to mention how good the bungalow villas and their facilities?! So good and right on the ocean! Special thanks to Agus from Management. Always asking if we needed anything and always up for a chat and cracking a few jokes. It's staff like him that made this stay the best I've ever had in Bali. Definitely coming back here again

Excellent accommodation by the pool. The staff were excellent - nothing was too hard. The accommodation package included hotel transfers, and excellent and very generous daily breakfast and boat to the island as well as many activities such as the pontoon, beach snorkeling, canoes and SUP equipment. Great value and a good introduction to the island and its surrounds. We also chose to do additional water activities which were very easy to organise and the dive centre staff in particular were excellent with the kids. Good location for the beach but also access to some other restaurants, shops etc. We will definitely be back to this special little piece of paradise.

Spontaneous dinner at this stunning Indonesian restaurant overlooking Mushroom Bay. The setting. Is amazing!! The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious…. A mixture of international dishes…. The samosas were some of the best I’ve eaten! Staff are wonderful…. Loved it here. I will be back…

We love our repeat trips to Hai Tide Resort! Our family, extended family and friends have been going for years and we can not wait to get back there in January 2024 for rest and relaxation with our family. We can’t express how magical the beach lumbugs are looking out to the turquise water on your bed or private day bed! We are always looked after by all the wonderful staff including Dick, Agus and the team and Koko our dive instructor who was fantastic looking after our teenage daughter when she learnt to dive. Staying at Hai Tide you have access to their pontoon, where you are ferried out to at any time for unlimited snorkelling and water activities. The snorkelling is amazing!!!! The restaurant is delicious with the best breakfast and stunning views.

The whole resort is lovely, we love it , all the staff are so friendly,and caring , you can just unwind relax 🙂 or do all the daily activities they have , it’s our place we come too ,for our holidays ,love it ❤️and have returned many times ❤️, and will be back soon ❤️.
