L'hotel lui-meme est parfait. Tres belle chambre tranquille, piscine exterieure, petit dejeuner. Je suis 100pc satisfait. Malheureusement l'hotel est situe dans un quartier peu recommandable de Bakersfield a seulement 30 minutes de marche de la gare Amtrak. Entoure de vieux motels delabres. La marche vers la gare doit etre faite de jour seulement. Prenez le taxi ou le transport en commun le soir.

My last visit o stayed at this location and was very pleased with my stay, so I decided to book and pay online with **********. the website displayed. Very nice large room with a king ize bed. I chose the room because I knew my last stay was of same quality. I did not choose smoking ( I don't smoke) and emil stayed I would have to pay $3 to property upon arrival. So once I checked in I was told I needed topt $100 and that my room was smoking and that my room was not paid for,I in fact paid in advance and should have been better prepared for any other payments due at check in. The room was small the furniture was beat up the light bulbs didn't work in light fixtures. Sink didn't drain. Floor was dirty.and burn marks all over the seat on toilet.it was definitely a smoking a room which was nothing like the room I stayed at previously. It really put a damper on my overall stay. I frequent Bakersfield CA from North Carolina often, and last thing im wanting is a dirty smelly run down hotel room that has not been tended to very well. I won't be staying here again. Also upon checking out i informed the lady I was leaving and asked about how long before mydeloit would have hold released, she said it would immediately be returned once she dropped the hold. I did not receive my pending transaction dropped so the money is still on hold. I wasn't fully charged the so upon checking out the hold should drop a d my money should become available. I will not be staying here again.

En general esta bien, cuartos limpios, amplios y comodos. El personal muy amable y el desayuno con lo necesario y suficiente para comenzar el dia. La zona de los alrededores se ve un poco fea pero estuvo tranquilo y sin inconvenientes.

I tried to check in here but could not because they charge a $100 deposit. Unfortunately, that’s not disclosed anywhere on the ******* site, nor by any signage in the hotel itself. Money was a little tight at the time so I didn’t have the $100. When I asked if there was anything they could do, Veronica said no and that the deposit was listed on the confirmation that she had me sign and then proceeded to print it out to prove her point. The sheet she handed me said that there is a deposit for guests paying with cash, but again no mention of a deposit for guests paying by card or through *******. I was tired and all but begged her to call the manager and ask if an exception could be made so that I could just go to sleep, which she reluctantly did saying “there’s a guy here complaining about the deposit”, well no surprise there, the manager did nothing. Anyway the property is beat up, the neighborhood is terrible but I needed somewhere to stay and I didn’t have much money. ******* eventually issued a refund (for a non-refundable reservation) which was somewhat unexpected, so that was nice. I guess I’ll just have to wait 7-10 business days before I can try to get another room with a bed a shower. Smh. Don’t bother with this property.

Be aware this place is not special needs friendly i called a night before asking all details they have told me everything was ok for my early arrival i got there the check in lady was extremely rude my room wasn't ready & they have no elevators so i had to pay extra money and upgrade to a suite for us to be in the 1st floor skip forward to next day my SPECIL NEEDS brother had an accident where he pee on the bed i assume the damages coused to the blanket were going to be deducted from my account and i didn't mind i understand the situation but no they acted like i comited a crime calling managers and house keeping was treated with a very disrespectful attitude like i was denying to pay when i stare at the momen of asking for extra blankets that they could charge ny card intead they have me going to the office making a big deal and ended up charging me $97 dollars which again i wouldn't mind just being deducted from my deposit with out the disrespectful and rude attitude from the front desk person HOUSEKEEPING was very nice and police they problem was the from desk or manager she didnt even introduced her self the room is very nice and comfortable we travel to bakersfield often we thought we had found a good hotel but after this and the way we were treating we will not be coming back owners should really look at the employees behavior.

Great hotel, very nice spot if you stay inside. Very rough neighborhood. People and tents and other young attractive females standing on street corners outside. Watched a travel trailer on fire when I was leaving two blocks away.

Muy mala atención al momento de hacer checkin. Nos cobraron depósito por cada habitación y ahora tengo que esperar de 2 a 5 días para que me regresen mi dinero. La cama nada de cómoda y olía mal.

Didn't like anything about this place. The smell of cigarettes and the loud music from the night club right next door was so disturbing I rate this a 0.. oh and the breakfast !!! God It tasted like cardboard
