班布里治島凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Bainbridge Island)

While they appear to have tried to update the rooms parts were done poorly. This was my second stay in 3 months( actually same room) it boggles the mind why you put someone on the second floor when the place has so a low occupancy. Had to let the hot water run for 5 minutes before it came up. The breakfast was not very enticing. We won’t be staying here again. The two times were for convenience but I will prefer to be further away than stay here again.

The double-queen room is a good size. The location is very good. It is close to shopping and dining options and a very pleasant half-mile walk to the downtown and ferry terminal. For that reason, I would recommend this place. The downside were small things that mattered. There was no soap in the shower/bath. The bathroom door barely cleared the floor making opening and closing the bathroom door a pain. The TV, looked new, but had very a very poor screen resolution. Some of the other guests parked very large commercial trucks in the same parking lot and started their trucks very early (before 6AM).

First, we didn't know we had to take a ferry to get the and back from Seattle where we were visiting but the island was beautiful just not $60 a day beautiful. The beds were comfy but the carpet, doors, bathroom had not been updated. Turning the shower on required a show of force. The bathroom door stuck because for was warped. But the biggest pet peeve was that the pool was not filled. It was 80 when we were there

I asked for a wake-up call. The night clerk assured me that he took care of it even as we talked. I did not get the wake-up call, and overslept by two hours. The hotel seems to have a water pressure problem. The toilet would not flush at night. But in the morning it was okay.

Good breakfast but somehow staff could be more professional while check in. No one like to be yelled while asking question especially I only asked second time because I didn't hear it clearly. My reservation also got mess up. If the hotel could communicate with third party better maybe the hotel will get correct dates, it's very inconvenience and the hotel staff didn't tell me until I got back to the room and locked outside my room.

Given there were very few suites being used, it was surprising to be put on the second floor of the second building. Breakfast was terrible…no bread for toast! The room was clean with new flooring and vanity but the actual bathroom was still old as were the fixtures. It is like the updates were only halfway done. Additionally there was no soap to have a shower and it did take 15 minutes to get hot water 9probably because there were only 3 rooms being used in the building)

The ladies at reception were 10 out of 10. Arlene went out of the way to get me some lemon and ginger tea from the personal items because my husband's cough would not stop in the middle of the night.So yes the ladies were awesome

There was visible mold around areas in the shower, both the in room coffee pot and cups were dirty. Luckily they had coffee in the lobby. I was shocked for how nice Bainbridge as a whole is.

This was a very nice place to stay and a good value. It was in an odd location and kind of difficult to get to—off the beaten path-through a parking lot of a business park. Other than that things were pretty good!
