奧斯汀希爾頓逸林酒店(DoubleTree by Hilton Austin)

Property is under renovations. Amenities (pool and fitness center) not available. No elevator, access to conference center had to be made by exiting hotel and reentering at a different door.

I enjoyed the pool side room. The tv in our room had no sound staff didn’t do anything to fix. No pool towels when we were at the pool. My youngest daughter got her head stuck in the balcony bars. The door knob fell of our hotel room door. We got locked out of hotel and our room Saturday because our keys were deactivated

Check in is at 3:00. We checked in at 3:45 our room was not yet cleaned. We waited 45 minutes for the call that it was ready. We returned to the check in desk to a line of 15-20 people. We finally got our key and went to the room. The beds are full size, not queen. The room was comfortable but loud. We went to the pool and it had wet closes and towels on the pool deck and chairs. We were the only ones in the pool. After leaving and returning around 10:30 there was a wedding reception in the hotel. People were swearing and talking loudly in the lobby and a lady was passed our from too much alcohol. We asked about the pool and were told it closed and would be locked at 11:00. At 11:30 people were still swimming and being very loud. The smell of alcohol was strong in the hallways and the lobby. The next morning we went to use the hot tub at 9:00. The pool we posted to open at 8:00. It was locked due to lightning, its an indoor pool. They unlocked around 9:15. 12 unsupervised children quickly emerged to the pool. The wet clothes were still laying on the pool deck and some were floating in the hottub. The hot tub was now broken. We chose to just pack up and leave.

It would have been nice to know that the pool was under construction.

should have been offered a discount since half of the amenities were closed or canceled.....should have been given prior to our stay notice this was happening...i get it was a slow weekend and they wanted all of it but i wont stay there again

No ice machines!

The room smelled very musty and the sheets and floor felt damp. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Left from the previous customer was an earring back left in the shower and hair from someone shaving. However, the breakfast staff was friendly and quick with our food.
