酒店非常好，床上用品也很好，洗手間感覺很精緻，尤其是窗外開車去風景太完美了。就像童話故事中一樣美好。

酒店位子很偏，離海邊很遠。開車要10分鐘，酒店房間非常不隔音，衞生還不錯，房間也很大。如果是休閑度假的，不建議來這住，出行非常不方便。

Room was ok. I liked that the Water club was removed from all of the ****** action. The buffet at the Borgata was very disappointing. Went to the spa - facial was great, massage not so much. Room service options are not great and had to call 3 times for a total of about 45 minutes before someone answered. When they finally did they had an attitude. All said, I wouldn't visit again

We originally booked the room at water club but upon arrival we were told about construction noise toward that side and offered us same room type at Borgata but sorry to say, rooms really need upgrades specially bathrooms. Rooms are not cheap depending on days unless you got it for free then maybe no issue for some people.

Lovely place. Only flaw was the lightbulb in the main lamp in our room was missing. Called the front desk and asked for a bulb but none was delivered. Called housekeeping and minutes later a maintenance man arrived with a big cart ready to fix it until I told him it just needed a bulb. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Otherwise, loved everything about this resort even tho there is nothing around this property. It’s in its own section of AC, separate from the Boardwalk.

The room itself was nice, however it smelled horribly of cigarettes (despite the air filter). We didn’t like the staff, who were very rude and not accommodating. We asked for robes and were told only suites could request them (despite the fact that we paid over $300 a night and were even offering to pay for the robe). Then we were charged multiple times for the same item, and endless hidden resort fees. We also received no comps after playing almost 10k over a 2 day period.

Disappointing experience due to lack of service, no restaurant option in the Water Club and no response from in-room dining. The Sunroom (a very nice bar that offered some food) was closed. If you tried to reach in-room dining, or any other department or service…forget about it. You could be on hold for AN HOUR..and have to wait an additional hour to have your food delivered. No service on any level. Very sad as this has previously been a lovely property.

The main pool in the MGM (Water Club) was out of service for the entire day. Totally unacceptable on a beautiful warm day.
