赫拉酒店(Hera Hotel)

出差在這裡住了 3 晚。步行不遠便可抵達帕德農神殿（Pardenon）和新衛城博物館。位置也很棒，附近有很多希臘餐廳。 酒店接待處的每個人都很友好。早餐餐廳空間不是很大，但可以在輕鬆的氛圍中享用餐點。 房間的大小可以讓您度過輕鬆的時光。淋浴的水壓很好，但遺憾的是浴缸沒有塞子，所以無法洗澡。 電梯很復古，氣氛很好，但運作起來很慢。雖然和現代酒店完全相反，但是我覺得在歐洲歷史悠久的酒店裡度過輕鬆的時光是非常不錯的酒店。

just a great hotel

Amazing location. Small rooms. When I checked out I was asked / it was suggested I leave a 5, 10 or a 20 percentage on top of the total room bill as a tip to the staff. I have never been asked that in any other hotel in the world ever. I was traveling on my American passport. My friend who traveled on his UK one , checked out 2 minutes earlier and was not asked. I did leave a tip because the staff were friendly and great but I found it off putting that a suggested charge was added.

The check in process was awkward, this a 4 star hotel and you have to open your own doors, bring your own luggage all the way up to your room in what seemed the slowest elevator en Athens. In addition, I had to explain what type of reservation I had made, the fact I was a VIP platinum member and they honestly didn’t care. The gave me a standard room with 2 twin beds that moved apart when you simply moved in bed. The bathroom was so tiny you could barely get in the shower without tripping over the toilet. When I got to the room, The mini fridge was opened, hot and empty. Except for the nice lady and man the following morning after we checked in (at the front desk ) , most other employees acted as if there were bothered you had a question or needed assistance with city logistics. We stayed at the Athens Gate a few nights before, my recommendation is for the hotel management to stay there to learn what proper and good service looks like and apply it to the Hera hotel. This hotel is great for a trip to Athens. It is across from the Acropolis Museum and 5 minutes walk to one of the entrances to Acropolis. There are many restaurant options from the more touristy type to local restaurants. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are small but you don’t go to Athens to stay in the hotel, right!? The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The bed is the best and the room is always clean. Great option in Athens!

AC did not work as it is not the season to turn it on yet. Food was ok. Staff terrible. At breakfast they spoke about every guests. Check in: horrible. ******* indicates 2pm, hotel says it is 3pm. Staff did not say hi, explain breakfast or anything, they did not offer a map. Horrible experience

Great location, 2 min walk from Acropolis station - a good selection of little restaurants / shops on door step Easy access to everywhere Reception team fabulous - friendly and helpful Breakfast very good selection and breakfast team helpful Room spacious for one (single use of small double room) and although no view (didn’t ask for one) it meant at back of hotel so very quiet. Would totally recommend without hesitation
