Your youthful staff exhibited incredible professionalism given the times and how things seem to be changing in the eyes of senior citizens, of which we are members. Our stay was flawless from start to end. Quiet accommodations, comfortable beds, great shower!

An absolute perfect stay! Walking distance to MANY restaurants and shops! Very artsy, clean and comfortable!!!!!

I was double billed for parking (for both rooms) despite only having one vehicle. When I called, they said that it was their policy to bill per room. The window in our room was cracked and several bathroom tiles were broken. The bathroom door was almost impossible to move. One of our party was staying in the handicapped room and the door to the room was not handicapped accessible. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, they told me they were within ADA compliance. Except that I work in ADA compliance, and they were absolutely not within those standards.

We loved how easy it was to get to everything from the hotel. The pool deck had such great sunset views. We enjoyed watching the sunset around the fire pit. Staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Always a great central downtown location. Good little cafe breakfast. Very pet friendly hotel. Plenty of parking in attached garage. Nice strong water pressure with hot water and good products.

Great the room was comfortable the staff was great nice place to stay. Everything in walking distance.

Can’t not say enough good things about our stay. Would recommend to anyone. Other hotels should strive to be like this place.

Property was wonderful and the staff so friendly and helpful. Location awesome and convenient to most of restaurants and shopping. Definitely will stay there in our next trip.
