I was double billed for parking (for both rooms) despite only having one vehicle. When I called, they said that it was their policy to bill per room.
The window in our room was cracked and several bathroom tiles were broken. The bathroom door was almost impossible to move.
One of our party was staying in the handicapped room and the door to the room was not handicapped accessible. When I brought it to the hotel's attention, they told me they were within ADA compliance. Except that I work in ADA compliance, and they were absolutely not within those standards.
