Holiday Inn 阿什維爾 - 比爾特莫爾西(Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West)

The hotel and everything was fine, the issue was I paid for breakfast for my 3 guys and the hotel wouldn't provide the voucher even when presented with the itinerary that listed that I had purchased breakfast for my crew. This wouldn't be a big deal but I spent an extra $70 so they wouldn't have to go out to get breakfast this morning and in the end we're out $70. Thanks

We really enjoyed the lobby layout and seating. Bar and grill were top notch. Cook did a wonderful job. Breakfast was a joke. Charging 14.95 for a breakfast that other hotels supply for free.

Lobby area was very nice. Liked the fireplace, TVs, seating options. Good exercise room, laundry room. Nice large parking lot. Rooms were kept very clean, every day.

While the floors beyond the lobby could probably do with some sprucing up, I appreciated how light and airy it was. And the food was surprisingly good! Normally hotel food just kinda is what it is and you just eat it cuz it's there. But my son and I had the breakfast buffet with some of the best pancakes I've had in a while, and later ordered food late night from the bar that again turned out to be way more delicious than I expected. I was really thankful for it after a day of hiking

Check-in was super easy. The lady who helped me at the desk was so nice and genuine. The lobby was beautiful and everything was clean. I loved that the indoor pool and spa was open to the lobby, but still separate. That made me feel safer in the pool area as a solo traveler. The room was updated and had a modern feel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area.

I booked this room because the hotel had a restaurant and bar. The bartender closed the bar early because she had to “wake up early” for her second job. I don’t think that is professional, a job doesn’t end when you are tired. A job ends when the establishment closes. Very dissapointed. The restaurant also closed early. The front desk receptionist didn’t have any knowledge of when the bar/restaurant was supposed to close. The bartender solely ran it on her own terms.

Very cleanly, breakfast very good and mattress very comfortable. I was very please with my stay there.

Very nice property, though it's right on a state highway. Tricky to get in and out of hotel and onto the road. Drivers are insane around there.
