The moment you walk into the premises, you feel right in the middle of a beautiful haven. Beautiful greenery everywhere, making you feel like you're so far away from the city life. The rooms are clean and well furnished. But best of all is the food and service. Albert is the warmest, friendliest and most helpful person. He made us feel like guests of honor and is very knowledgeable and kind. Naomi's cooking skills are bomb! No words can describe the wonderful experience we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here while in Arusha.

There is no better place to stay than here in Arusha. It has EVERYTHING anyone would ever wish to have whether on business, pleasure, solo or with a family. Firstly ALL the staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They will help you with all your needs. Albert is always available to assist you with anything and does so in an extremely efficient and charming way. My breakfast was fabulous everyday and my room cleaned to perfection. The shower is hot, the bed is comfortable and the room was big. The hotel grounds are kept in beautiful condition and the pool was great to use. Malkia is conveniently located 10 minutes by car outside the town. Its an oasis of tranquility and is heavenly. Mr. Honest, the owner is a wonderful man and thank you for the great 2hr breakfast chat we shared. I would recommend Malkia Trees Lodge to everyone. From which ever nation in the world you come from, Malkia will offer you a great time and beautiful memories. Can't wait to return.

我們在阿魯沙的時候在這裡住了一晚。我們從乞力馬扎羅山徒步一整天回來，直到晚上 10 點才辦理入住。工作人員能夠接待我們，我們仍然可以在餐廳享用晚餐。餐廳的氛圍非常好，被樹木包圍，讓你感覺自己身處森林之中。房間有點過時，需要重新裝修一下，但由於我們只住一晚，所以這不是問題。幫助我們的主要人員阿爾伯特非常友善且細心。謝謝你！

我們晚上很晚才到達，但仍然受到了主人阿爾伯特的熱烈歡迎，並提供了一杯美味的飲料。房間很寬敞，床好又軟。浴室也很大而且功能齊全。天氣有點潮濕，但這一定是一年中的這個時候。飯店佈置精美，設有舒適的餐廳和酒吧。早餐是美味的英式早餐，有新鮮水果。總的來說是一次很好的體驗。

There are two gems at Malkia Trees…Albert and Naomi. We arrived late for our one night stay because we had a last-minute change in our booking at another hotel. We arrived and immediately were greeted by Albert who cared for all our needs throughout our stay. He was most accommodating and kind. Naomi is the chef and she is excellent! I had the Rosemary chicken for dinner. It had a nice char-grilled flavor and the side dishes were were also full of flavor. Breakfast was an omelet with delicious beans (REALLY delicious…and I’m not usually a bean fan), with fruit and toast. Plenty of tea and coffee were also provided. These two did all they could to make our stay nice. I have some advice for the owners though…the room itself needs maintenance and more cleaning. There need to be mattress protectors on the bed (I could read the writing on the mattress through the bed sheet). Sheets and towels need to be cleaned better. Fresh paint, removing old couch in the room, replacing carpet would go a long way to upgrading this property. The location in the trees is beautiful and Albert and Naomi were wonderful! If attention is given to bettering the rooms…this could be a very nice place in Arusha.

Nice environment in the nature, nice place for breakfast, good breakfast and nice welcome from the staff. Being there for the business. I discover it under the rain. Everything was green around.........................................
