Good service and location also good

Very well maintained hotel. Nicely positioned in Arusha. Room was excellent and fully equipped. 210 plugs, so bring you adapter if traveling from US. Iron, board, slippers, robes, fully stocked bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent stay. Full English breakfast and more, with Indian and Middle Eastern style additions. Fruit, pastries, everything. Roof top restaurant bar pool is a great place to relax and the food is very affordable and great quality. Hotel staff was some of the best ever from my global travels.

My family and I stayed at this hotel (1 night) prior to our Safari. The hotel is located in a central area of Arusha with nearby shops and eateries nearby. The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel itself is very well maintained. We were too tired to have dinner in the restaurant, but the room service was fast and the selection was very good. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. The variety of food and the omelete station were great. Oh! And let's not forget the hot cup of Tanzanian Kahawa (coffee). 😊 The staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. This is a great place to stay before or after your safari.

Our stay at the hotel was one of kind, Scola and the reception team were very helpful, always eager to assist. What stood different for us was upon arrival, A Lady came out pushing a cart, joyously greeted us, we were reluctant to her help with luggage but she insisted and said to My wife “A Queen does not Carry Luggage, only Her CROWN” My wife and I loved this statement, changed our day. We thought it would be nice to mention her help to the Manager since we did not have cash to tip when she brought the bags to the room, we came down asked for the Manager and was astonished that The Bell Lady was the one in charge. We do not see this back in our country. The hotel is beautiful and was easy for us to visit places around. Definitely coming back.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, al nostro arrivo in Tanzania, prima di iniziare il nostro safari. Camera molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottimo internet. Cena di ottimo livello, sono stati anche molto accomodanti con le richieste per la nostra bimba di 6 anni. Servizio forse solo un pochino lento a cena. Ottima colazione. Consigliato!

Het eerste hotel op onze Safari. Midden in het drukke centrum van Arusha. Het vertrekpunt voor bijna alle Safari’s. Mooie koloniale stijl met een mooi terras met zicht op de tuin. Redelijk eenvoudige kamer. Het eten vonden we minder. Het voorgestelde menu met buffet was sober. Het ontbijt buffet was ook niet uitgebreid. Een goed hotel om je Safari te beginnen
