Great overnight stop, clean comfortable and convenient. Very friendly and hospitable, easy check in/out after hours. Bathroom has been renovated so was modern and clean. We let them know we would arrive late and they provided easy self check in instructions and also left the heater on for us so our room was nice and warm when we arrived which was grately apprecitated.

The room was very spacious and the bed was in excellent condition. I rate this property as above average except for the parking. We stayed in unit 19 and had to back into the space and was concerned that if anyone stayed in unit 20 then they may hit our car as they backed into their space because of the very limited space. If the garden in front of these units was removed then it would be much easier to park safely.

Nobody at reception due to the property being under renovation. Had to ring and get key out of a box on the door. We could not get it to open so rang the number and she sent someone else staying there to come and help up. Apparently the box sticks but this chap knew how to fix it.

What i liked was the whole layout, and there was tables and chairs and an ashtray to sit outside and have a smoke and a coffee.
